The difference is huge! In the United States, 14 gauge means "14 AWG" while in China it means "14 gauge.". It is commonly used to refer to a gauge size of 14 based on the diameter of the wire plus the insulation thickness. Using the American Wire Gauge (AWG), you determine how much current a copper wire can carry by just measuring its diameter. There will be less current carried by Chinese 14 gauge (the wire is thinner). You can also see that this is aluminum wire clad in copper.
The amperage required will determine how much you need. As we used 12 gauge copper for the lighter, we did not use ALU clad copper because the "clad" causes issues with crimping as the amperage rises (heat This is true of the seat as well. You can look up the wire gauge online if the fuse is blown. To protect a wire, you need a wire that can handle the same or more current than the fuse used to protect it, so the fuse will blow before the wire overheats.
This wouldn't seem to be a problem to me. The size of the black 14AWG wire you want to ground has to be the right size for the relay you want A stranded 14 AWG wire such as this can be used for automotive or motorcycles, or for anything else which requires such a

Having wired in 8 LED light bars on my squad truck, I made sure the truck would be seen in the dark. This cheap wire was just as easy to work with and just as easy to cut Please don't react negatively to a review because you don't know how to properly read the description. AWG wire runs small, it is not rated for use as a gauge. ordered this stuff in a 14 GA because I needed 18 AWG to wire in the light bars. It was exactly what I needed! If you pay close attention to details, you will not have a problem.
These are a must have if you plan to add any electrical components to your car or boat. Big box stores want $5 or more for a few feet of wire of the same gauge, and their insulation is thinner. Using copper wiring encased in a thick layer of protective insulation, these are of the highest quality. If your wire requires soldering, screw nut, or quick crimp connections, you will not have any problems. With this wire, I have added a radio, amp, pa system, cb, fog lights, and probably a half dozen other accessories to my car last year with no problems. These meters have almost no resistance over a 10 feet section, so the power will not be wasted by cheap.
It enables me to run 12 volts from the battery to the glove box and power a variety of things with the power. We compiled a list of the things that we cannot work. The insulation degraded into a white powder and the wires corroded within 2 years. A new one had to be purchased. You should not expect this to last outside. Personally I wouldn't use it inside but I don't know what it's like indoors.
I had to drill a hole in the top of the basket so I wouldn't have to worry about The only thing that could have made my review much better was if they would have drilled a hole before they shipped the item.
This is definitely some of the nicest wire I've ever This product has a flexible, yet sturdy feel, and strips and crimps easily. The wire I used for this was to wire up some items in my car, including radios, lights, and other small items.
Wires of this size and gauge seemed to be well-constructed. There were a few discussions about size and gauge of wires. As far as general automotive use is concerned, I have no complaints.
It is of high quality. Good product that worked as expected.
They look very good quality at a reasonable price. You can probably use these rolls for many different automotive projects.
