The thread is 1/4 inch wide.
I believe so, but with a cam, it does not glide very smoothly, and I'm not sure if it will be worse with the added weight.
This adapter is used to connect a tripod to a device holder. As a result, you'll need to find a phone mount that fits the 11 Pro Max. br>The phone doesn't have a mounting port by itself, so you'll have to screw it in. The threaded screw has a standard 1/4 inch diameter that will work with at least 90 of the mounts and holders on the market.
Not one inch tall, but 68 millimeters, or two inches. 21/32".

I wanted something I could mount my iPhone or my Osmo pocket to that could take POV shots of products I'm working with from my eye level. The arm is ideal for that, but it was designed to hold a microphone. This small ball joint was just what I needed to put it all together and use it how I wanted. It's of excellent quality, sturdy, and adaptable, and it fulfills all of my requirements! For a visual representation of my setup, please see the images below. I would strongly suggest it. And, yes, I did pay full price for it!.
An Olympus M5 micro 4/3 mirrorless camera with several light weight micro 4/3 lenses is my heaviest camera and lenses. So far, everything has gone well. The ball head and monopod are a good light weight combination for travel or hiking with a backpack, and the ball head is far better made than I expected for the price. It should work well on a tripod as well.
That said, if you need to mount a large item, this is the tool for the job!.
Because the base has a 3/8 thread, I'm using it in an unusual way: To give me some pointing flexibility with some of my mics, I placed them at the end of a boom pool. It's well-made, so I wouldn't hesitate to use it for its intended purpose; however, it also works well for my needs.
I bought this to mount a trail camera on after having several hundred dollars worth of firewood stolen. Actually, hiding the trail camera is a better description! I bought a couple of 2-packs of cigarettes. 1/2" X 1/4" X 1/2" X 1/2" X 1/4" X 1/2" Hanger bolts are made of stainless steel and come in a set of 20. I also bought the hanger bolt driver. I'm impressed by how well-made this mount is, and how well it secures the ball. That means my trail camera is well hidden, and it has the "exact angle" I need to cover my woods. br>I've just ordered a few more mounts so I can conceal a few more cameras around my property and home. I went out and bought some longer hanger bolts with a different mounting system. They firmly secure the ball! My Canon 70D is securely held in place by this mount, which prevents it from moving. br>br>I bought two different camera mounts that attach to hanger bolts. They're China JUNK at a very low price! Pot metal is used for everything, including the hanger bolts. I squandered $17 and had to wait a month for the rest of my garbage! I needed something that could be done quickly to ensure that my wood was safe! This is effective!.
This is what I'm using to hang a monopod perpendicular to my tripod so I can film a top-down shot. A view of my table from the side. I was worried that the large wing nut would prevent it from mounting flush to my tripod, but this was not the case. It appears to be well-made and serves my purpose of serving as a 90-degree adapter.
For my YouTube(Sunny Modifier) videos, all of the pieces fit perfectly! I made a stand to hold my phone and point it at. My Vegan recipes should be photographed from above. This is fantastic because I also do reviews on my YouTube channel.
I teach a small summer photography workshop and try to keep the equipment we have up to date on a regular basis. These miniature ball heads were the culprit this time. I bought a few so the kids could practice shooting with them. I haven't had any problems with any of them. Even with a gang of teenagers messing around with them, they stay firmly attached to the tripod and camera. When I use these, I don't have any concerns about the safety of my cameras!.
