I was not able to contact the supplier because neither would work in either of my cameras. After a series of lengthy emails from the vendor, an assumption that my cameras were at fault eventually proved to be incorrect! The cable was returned. The 201/UC1 from Pixel came very quickly and is a great device. I ordered two. Needless to say, I was very pleased with them! It was a pleasure working with this company and with the product.

It was essential that I had a wired remote for my HDR photography, but what I wasn't looking for was to spend too much. While this item does work great, it does have a cheap plastic feel to it. The most important factor is that the solution works. did not pay attention when I bought it, so I didn't realize that the unit could be locked into a continuous release mode. It slides up maybe 3/8 of an inch, locks into place, then slides down again. My discovery came about as a result of use, not as the result of a defect. The device works great as long as it's plugged into the USB port. If you are looking to avoid camera shake, or are just looking to prove you are a 'real' photographer, you should definitely get one of these. A must-have for any home or office.

I find that the cord length is adequate, and it works just fine. The plug stayed in the camera after I unplugged it for storage, but the metal sleeve around it was detached from the part of the plug that attached to the plug. In order to remove the sleeve from my camera, I had to use pliers. Thus, my product was not of good quality. You'll probably be able to use one, at least for awhile, if you choose a good one.

A low speed shot is possible without shaking the camera. Because I am quadriplegic, I use a tripod or monopod to take pictures and have always had trouble pushing the shutter button no matter what kind of camera I use. The remote lets me set up the shot, hold the remote with one hand, and press the button with ease without the camera shaking when I press it. This is a great buy and a perfect alternative for those with limited hand mobility.

The Internet and friends are great resources for learning. There are many people who have remote shutters. It is something I wanted to look into. I noticed right off the bat that it was highly affordable, which was a big I find the remote very easy to use, since it fits easily in the palm of my hand. It only takes a few seconds to start taking pictures after you plug it in. Lightning is one of my favorite subjects to photograph. Taking the time to set this up will be great since I can just press the button and let it set to auto-lock mode so I will be able to take continuous shots during the day or with lightning. When you are just looking for something simple, this remote is well worth getting.

The product lives up to its expectations. The Olympus OMD E-M10 is what I use Model M10 There is a sense of cheapness to this camera, but I wasn't willing to pay Olympus' asking price for the official.

My camera is mounted on the tripod and I use this when it is mounted. It is no longer necessary to use a timer for shake-free shots, and the remote works in the same way as the camera shutter button, meaning that it will focus on the subject exactly as I want. To take a shot, you need to press half way.

A camera that I own has a problem using this lens. I have an Olympus E410. A complete lack of action occurs. The shutter release is not working. The focusing is not working. Not a thing. At this price it isn't worth returning. I might order another one and see how it goes.
