This is a great piece of equipment. The 25 mm eyepiece is larger than my other 25 mm eyepiece, which I found odd. I haven't checked to see if there is any difference yet. When you want a more complete eyepiece kit, get this one since it comes with the 6, 12 eyepieces. It has a 5-25mm focal length and a 2-fold My 90mm cassegrain scope provided me with a view of stars.
Although most of these Kellner eyepieces are available at an extremely reasonable price, it is unfortunate that so many high-end brands like Orion offer them. Instantly I inserted them and blew away the image of my Kellners, in addition to performing beautifully then.
An excellent starter set of eye pieces that is just right for smaller telescopes like an 8 inch or a 4 inch. 25" in length. The eyepieces will not be as good for larger scopes, such as a 10" meade dobsonian, but they will work fine for smaller scopes. I bought these for my 5x8 scope and they are excellent.
It was average. They are decent on a budget, but don't expect to get top performance. It is still very useable but there is a slight problem with the eye relief. I once again want to make a profit. It is really difficult for me to It would be a good choice for a casual user who has limited resources.
Truth be told, I was skeptical that Plossl lenses would be available for such a low price. However, it turned out they could be obtained for such a price! You can't do much better than these for the price but they are of high quality and solidly built. Picture clarity is excellent and although you could get a little better with higher end models you can't beat them by much.
