The diagonal is cheap, and the results are cheap. Celestron has provided me with a few products in the past, and I would be delighted if they could provide me with a diagonal as well, so I wouldn't have to carry around a In the end I was very disappointed. I decided to give it a try. This is the only diagonal that I have ever used with my 80mm APO reflector that introduces astigmatism. Generally speaking, astigmatism is not common in refractors, so when a diagonal produces it, you can assume it to exist. As advertised, it is worth it.
The piece seems to be in good shape.
