The lens support failed to connect properly because of another tube under the double tube system that blocked the lower part of the lens support, so I checked the product you mentioned and found another tube underneath the double tube system. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung.
This is not a rod, but a rod with screw heads.
Support rods of 15mm are required to mount this. There is no tripod mount for this camera. A 15mm LWS rod can be inserted into a camera rig if it is equipped with such a feature.
The problem I'm experiencing is the same as yours. In order to fill the gap, I used gaffer tape. Although not ideal, it does the job. The design of SmallRig is bad. I find this to be unusual, because I've always been satisfied with the work I've done with SmallRig.
