Product Description

Specifically designed to remove the weight stress from the camera's mount when it is mounted on separately available 15mm LWS rods, the SmallRig BSL2644 15mm LWS Universal Lens Support with Brand-New Dark Olive Finish is the perfect accessory to mount your camera on.

With SmallRig lens support, you have a choice of A horizontal width of 24 inches and a vertical width of 27 inches. 0.1 mm/2 mm. For most lenses, a vertical adjustment of 0.7'' is required.

Due to the semi-open design of the 15mm rod ports of the 15mm LWS support, it is easy to mount and demount accessories that attach to rods.

Each Y-support of the center column has a slot for attaching straps on each side. The center column attaches to the Y-support with a 1/4"-20 screw.

The unit is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, but is durable and long-lasting for a long time. The universal lens support is also equipped with rubber pads to protect your lens from wear and tear.

Support rods of 15mm are required to mount this. There is no tripod mount for this camera. A 15mm LWS rod can be inserted into a camera rig if it is equipped with such a feature.

There is not enough room to reach the lens with the length adjustable bar. Do you have the possibility of ordering a longer bar?

The problem I'm experiencing is the same as yours. In order to fill the gap, I used gaffer tape. Although not ideal, it does the job. The design of SmallRig is bad. I find this to be unusual, because I've always been satisfied with the work I've done with SmallRig.

The lens lining up with the lens is almost perfect

I have read some reviews saying the lens doesn't line up correctly. should check to make sure the rest of their equipment (i. e. It seemed that I was suffering from the same problem, but a few tweaks in the rest of the rig fixed the issue immediately. There is one other issue I've run into, and that is that the vertical rod (would get in the way if set too close to the camera) when mounting Overall, it is a solid product that is capable of being highly effective if used with the right setup.

I use it on my rig and it works great.

I have not much to say on this other than to say that I prefer this design to those that require full removal of the cover. It is important to click the "filter reviews" link to search for reviews based on the model you are viewing, since these lens supports come in several design options. It is well built, solid, and stays in place for a long time. I believe this is a much better option than spending $100 on the Tilta or other options that are more reasonable in cost and which are equally effective in supporting lenses over a wide You can see some pictures using my setup and heavy Anamorpot 1 and metal eyepiece Magic lens, as well as some other images. The metal anamorphic adapter has a 33x40 size.

It would be nice if the vertical rod were I think the only problem is that you can't extend the Y up enough to hold the lens if you have a rig which pushes the camera up higher so you can put a matte box on it

It is easy to install and easy to remove, unlike models from other brands. It has been used on my Cabrio 20s. This lens works perfectly with a 120mm focal length.

analyzed several brackets for 15mm lenses and realized the rods have to slip onto the brackets rather than the brackets inserting into the rods.
