You can either dial 98 or 112 for this. A longer plate is something I prefer simply because I think it gives you more flexibility when trying to place your lens and balance While the difference may not be very great, the 98mm plate will weigh less, and for people trying to lose weight, the 98mm will be a good choice. Hope everything works out for you

Photographed with a Tamron 100mm f/2. 8 Using a 400 mm lens and a tripod adapter from Tamron. Nonetheless, due to the short foot of the Tamron tripod adapter and its position too far back on the lens, it is impossible to balance camera and lens on Arca Swiss plate gimbal head. Longer plates, such as the 84 mm Haoge plate, are required. In addition, it is equipped with the critical safety stoppers on the bottom surface of the slider plate, which prevent the lens+camera part from sliding off the Arca Swiss It looks like a good device, and it's simple. This is a good idea.

For the money, this is a good product

This generic plate works the same way I have all The Kirk is less specialized than the RRS, as it is a more universal technology. So if you are trying out multiple lenses, as I am, it will fit, as long as you need one to fit all of them.
