As this has its own motor, it will function on any camera. However, to have your focus or aperture ring rotating, you'll need to add some form of gear ring to your lens so that the motor can spin it. Nevertheless, this goes for any follow focus motor as well.

There were only two difficulties I encountered. First, I had to charge the remote over night, but it was dead by the time I was ready to use it. It was later that I realized that I had left the remote on after disconnecting the charger for a full There was a mistake on my part. If this is the case, make sure to turn off the remote after disconnecting the charger so it does not remain on. There was a second issue in which every time the motor started spinning, the lens would jump (or wobble). If you're capturing smooth scenes during your videos, you don't want that to happen. In order to fix it, I followed a very simple procedure. Despite this, I went out of my way to make sure the camera plate was extremely tight to the rig. This device is completely wireless, which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. We had to remove the focus motor from the rail in order to remove the battery because it was really stuck (the battery had an extremely snug fit), which was a little annoying, but a small price to pay for a reliable wireless follow focus system!.

I am very excited about the fact that this runs on batteries and is completely wireless. This is what it looks like It's easier to operate my camera setup with fewer cables! It has FOUR TIMES the torque of the Tilta Nucleus Nano motor, which I love. With this, you will be able to move 4 Newton meters. The Tilta Nano Motor has a newton meter of force. **Yes, I am aware that a D-motor makes much more power than the Nano motor Connect the battery with a tap. In fact, I want my rig to have less cabling! DON'T LOVE about this game is that the battery CONSTANTLY loses connection with the motor. A replacement motor was sent to me by Ikan/PD Movie however, it is still not operating An incompatibility between battery/power connections and the motor makes a difference. Even gravity can break the connection. Turning the motor upside down or holding it by its nose, I find a much more consistent connection between the battery and the power source. In any case, I'm going to keep testing this system, but if Ikan/PD Movie can't solve this issue, I'm going to return it and continue using.
