The filters are great, the only detriment that you may need to consider is the set up of your camera. If your camera has a 10, 12, 16, or 24MP setting, set it to the max. Probably you might run into some uploading problems if you do that. They met my expectations. Since these are simple, single diopters, their edges tend to be mushy, but their centers tend to be sharp. This set of close-up lenses will not perform like an expensive compound supplemental close-up lens. The longer focal lengths make it easier to take pictures closer to the subject, and simple lenses such as these do the trick nicely so long as you don't expect their sharpness to span the entire frame.
The lenses are ideal for close-up work since they provide a lot of depth of field. The purchase proved to be very worthwhile. Their camera is the Sony Alpha a 6000 or 6000i.
There is only one thing I can say about these four lenses - they are outstanding. What's the reason? On my Sony Nex 6 16-megapixel yesterday, I used them all and their combinations (ten + four + two) With a 50mm lens, I got far better results in terms of photo quality (sharpness, clarity, etc. ) than I had anticipated.
