It's no problem to clamp it to the bike, but how are you going to mount the flashlight?

In all honesty, I don't ever use it. On a SLR camera, this will fit in the flash mount.

The entire thing is made of As I said in my title, it's all metal but the rubber pads on the clamp are a little thin and will most likely wear out more quickly with vibrations and the like, but I think this mount will be great for what I need. Only real concern I had was whether it would be wide enough to clamp to the engine guard on my motorcycle. There must be a fit for that or else it will not fit anywhere. As soon as you figure out how to clamp all the pieces and pieces together, you are left with a pretty valuable tool to yourself for action camera shooting.
The purpose of the stand is to attach my music equipment to a tripod, and it does the job Despite the fact that the small ball head is not of very high quality and cannot hold much weight, it is sufficient for my needs. A camera will not be held reliably with this, so do not attach one to it. This head is so big that I'd hesitate to even mount a GoPro on it. It is a well-made clamp, but you could probably replace the ballhead with a better one if you spend some time and effort on it.

It works perfectly with the use of little mics, or in my case with wireless lav receivers. However, I wouldn't trust the ball head to be stable with anything weighing more than a pound or two. My clamps are stable, but I will need to keep using them to determine how well they hold. My kit contains this stand to hold my wireless lav receivers to a small lite stand for holding my field recorder. It got a perfect 5 stars for its use in the kit.
