Customer service gets a 5 out of 5. This light gets five out of five. I am very pleased with the light that I received. The cord is the only source. discussing the problem with the seller and attempting troubleshooting (pressing both of the buttons of the cord until the lights flash, then holding down the remote buttons until the colors change), it appeared that the seller was experiencing technical difficulties. In spite of many attempts, their light did not work, so I received a new one. After the replacement light worked for the first time, and the remote worked as well (for the first time), I was unable to use the remote to operate the replacement light. Since the remote is the flimsiest, cheapest plastic remote I've ever seen, I'm not 100% surprised. Short of that, it focuses well, has good colors, is fairly sturdy (the Bluetooth remote works well and is handy) but if you need to change the colors easily and, for instance, to look at it when you are taking a picture, you will have to spend more money. There is a general truth that what you pay for, you get. Thank you so much Fenglin Oasis for your quick responses and willingness to send me a replacement. Unfortunately, I just didn't like the item.

It was so steeply discounted when I bought it that I thought I should at least try it out. I honestly wasn't expecting much from this ring light, but it was almost half off when I bought it. Oh my goodness! I was surprised to no end! Among many other uses for this light, I find that it makes the perfect mood lighting for DIY photo shoots, and the bright white setting allows me to use it as a light source when I'm doing my makeup and nails, or plucking out my chin hair, as appropriate. The tripod itself is not as stable as I would like it to be, and it's difficult to lock the legs in place. However, the connected light is very easy to connect to my other tripods, so it's not that much of an issue It's a great light and I even told a friend about purchasing one for himself since he is now starting to produce content on his own.

but the remote didn't work at all the light works fine, however. I then ordered a new remote, but it also doesn't work. Using just the USB cord, the controls are clunky, making it difficult to navigate throughout all of I got two lemons in a row, so either the devices are truly terribly constructed or I got two.

don't know if I can say enough good things about this product. I didn't expect it to be this solid for the price, and I'm really impressed. My hope is to look much better after I have my hair done. Now is the time to order.

A ring light is my second purchase, and I like this brand a lot more than the first (a different brand). It's very easy to adjust the color settings, and it does not overheat like the last.

In addition to meetings at the office, this light also helps me study online. It's either too dark or too bright for the camera in my house-it's not really an ideal setting for taking pictures. Making my display look more professional by using the ring is easy, and it's easy to use with my Android device.

I took it out of the box and it worked fine the first time I used it, but literally the second time it would only turn half the way The right side of the lock doesn't change colors if I twist the right side enough, but the left side turns on if I twist it enough. It's time to go.
