It can be used as a film changing bag for 120 films. Due to the fact there is barely enough room in the smaller one, I am so glad I got the larger one. I feel like the armholes / elastic are a bit too tight and may be uncomfortable. Although I don't have big popeye forearms, after using the bag I am left with deeply indented arms. While it does get the job done, it has some shortcomings.
