When trying to clean my 1,000+ collection of LPs with my vacuum-based system, I tried several other surfactants and this one worked best for me. Deeply cleans the groove, does not leave a residue, and leaves neither marks on the vinyl nor damage to it. Using a mix of 50 ml Alcohol, 200 ml distilled water and 1 ml Soda I make a solution. About 50 to 75 sheets of paper can be cleaned with 25 ml of Ilfotol each time A total of 60 records are available. In order not to get bored or sloppy just because I'm doing too many, I do about 1/4 of a bottle every round.
I purchased this for use as a wetting agent on my home-made My VPI HW 16 was cleaned with a homemade record cleaning solution. Clean up records with 5 record cleaners. It seems to work exactly as expected My only complaint is that it is a little pricey. In addition to me, my record cleaner, and my next-generation record player, that bottle will outlast . . . Since only two persons are needed, it does not require many points of kinship. The batch of 500ml solution should contain 5ml per batch.
As opposed to standard fixers mixed with water in a container, I use this to fix any of my films. All films work with it as long as you don't reuse them. For example, have one film for each type or pour out and don't The foam is so beautiful and this stuff works well. After I have done this I like to squeegee off a little bit of this film cleaner in a pour bottle and go over it one last time to make sure that it is clean and clear.
It mixes extremely well and produces a very smooth surface. They did well in their performances. The bottle may not be used all before it expires with such a large size. This is definitely meant for users who are in large quantities.
It does an excellent.
The vinyl is used in my vinyl record player. I was expecting this to work. As part of a vinyl cleaning solution, I use it.
The perfect complement.
