Selected User Reviews For Air Dust Blower and Soft Brush for Digital Camera Lenses, LCD Screens and Cleaning Keyboards.

Much better than I had anticipated
5/5

Also works well with my electric razor. Make use of it in my manner! 7th April 2019 update: br>After rereading this review, I realized I forgot to mention that when using the bulb, make sure your thumb covers the side hole when you squeeze it and opens it when you let go. It's there to help speed up the process of refilling the bulb in between squeezes. The airflow will appear to be weak if you do not. br>br>For my DSLR, I was using an old Canon lens cleaning kit with a blower attachment. a brush that looks identical to this one I recently discovered that it was far superior to the tiny brush that came with my new Norelco electric razor for cleaning it. When I misplaced my old blower, I ordered a pair, one for my camera bag and the other for my razor. br>br>I had anticipated receiving a low-quality response. I expected quality Chinese items to take weeks to arrive, but to my surprise, they arrived on August 11th via US Priority Mail, despite the fact that I ordered on August 7th! In the meantime, I came across my old Canon blower. The only difference between the new ones and the Canon product is that the new ones use a slightly thinner rubber. The new ones are actually easier to squeeze and appear to move more air, in my opinion. They've been molded in a very neat manner. br>br>HOW TO USE IT MY WAYbr>The product's few negative reviews stem from the expectation that the blower would be powerful enough to remove dust while attached to the brush. It isn't the case. Years ago, I had the same experience with a Canon brush. Here's how to do it: Brush the surface lightly with a soft brush, using the blower bulb as a handle. Simply remove the brush and use the blower on its own if you need to use it. It has a lot of impact. Just the right amount of force to remove an SLR/DSLR mirror or sensor without causing damage. There's no risk of yucky little droplets of, um, spit getting on your camera, and it's far more environmentally friendly than canned gases.

It's ideal for spare parts
4/5

I needed a couple of these for my camera bags that I use as backups. They aren't as heavy-duty as my other one, but they will suffice. The brush is nice and soft, so no filters or eyepieces should be damaged. It works well as a blower, producing just enough air to blow away that stray speck of dust; the bulb material is relatively thin, but appears to withstand abuse well. br>br>I'd recommend something better for a primary blower/brush for your kit, as this is what I'd call light to medium duty. But it works and will suffice as a backup.

To me, it's essential
5/5

I was trying to come up with something to say about this product review when I realized that it is one of the most important items I own. It keeps dust, dandruff, and other yucky yucks off of my glasses. It saves me from having to do a 'proper' cleaning as often because I use it three times a day. It does an excellent job using the air and the soft brush. When I bought this product, I was hoping it would function in this manner. It has undoubtedly done so. I understand that most people buy something like this to clean their camera lenses. I'm telling you, it's fantastic on our glasses as well. It comes highly recommended.

I admit that I was bribed to write this review, which I would not normally do for such a low-cost item that performs as expected
5/5

I would not have bought it if it had been more expensive. I'm very particular about how I clean my contacts- They're all there. I'm not going to rub them with anything until they're completely dust-free. Normally, I would simply spray them with water, then a fluid to loosen any dust stuck to the oils (and the oils), and finally a gentle wipe with a treated cloth. I'll still do it when it's possible, such as at the end of the day, but this blower and brush will be a good mid-day alternative. Treatment during the day, especially in dusty conditions.

It's very effective
5/5

I had no idea what to expect when I ordered this product, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality when it arrived. I was in the middle of something. I was expecting some sweatshop-made junk from China. This booger duster, on the other hand, is well-made and performs admirably. The bristles are soft but durable, so I no longer have boogers or other crumbs in my keyboard. It's also great for cleaning the camera on my drone, and I've even lent it to my wife to use for applying makeup. There are literally dozens of applications for this. I'm going to test it out this weekend to see if it can remove all of the dried crusty boogers from my car dash, as well as clean around and under the strings on my guitar. a hundred points! This is a product that I would buy again and recommend to a friend!.

Basic, low-cost tools For the price, don't expect much, but it does what it says it will
3/5

This is a simple and inexpensive tool. Remove the brush from the bulb tip if you want a more forceful air stream from the bulb, as noted by others. Got it to remove loose dust clinging to iPhone, eye glasses, binoculars, hand lenses, computer keyboards, touch pads, etc. by static charge. The microfiber cloth is small and inferior to the ones that came with my eyeglasses, but it serves as a useful lens cleaning supplement if you need one or don't have any.

This is fantastic
5/5

Dust is always an issue with photographic equipment where I live in Arizona. This is a fantastic product that delivers excellent results and is small enough to carry with you on your photo adventures. For many years, I had a similar dust blower that I used constantly until it finally wore out due to wear and tear.

Excellent blower for small bags and travel; I tossed the brush out the window
4/5

I bought a few of these to take with me to Costa Rica in my carry-on bag. The large blower bulb was too big for the space. I tossed the brush because it was the perfect size for quick touch-ups. It feels stiff to me, and I'm concerned about scratching the filters and such, but I really only wanted the blower.
