Even though I overlooked the fine print. Cables like this have no problem at all. Exactly what it appears to be in the pictures and is what I am looking for. The advertisement said that it was "30 cm" long, and I didn't see it. I had to order a longer cable. The document will be useful, so I am keeping it. Initially, I did not pay enough attention to the length of the cable, which is not the vendor's fault. I am able to connect my Nikon D5500 directly to my 2019 MacBook Pro 16" with no trouble at all. As it is so small and easy to use, I will keep it in my camera bag for trips to the beach I will find a longer one for use in the studio and a smaller bag to keep my things in.

The camera was not recognized on the The USB port Cables worked, so either this is a fake or a broken cable. A bit of fun It is also so short that it makes me laugh. A complete waste of time.
