I'm here. You are correct, however the battery may have been older than the one in It appears that the performance of those batteries is not affected by the date code on the batteries I received being a year and a half older than the one that came with my camera.

I thought the price was higher than I would have liked. However, I purchased the batteries in an effort to use them as soon as possible. They remain charged for quite a long time, and I've used them several times during long photography sessions. In my experience, I was able to use one battery for two all-day weddings without having to recharge.
