Canon LP- E6 Battery Pack for Canon EOS 5D Mark II, 5D Mark III, 60D, 70D, 6D, and 7D DSLR Cameras.
Mine doesn't do that, but the first time I put the battery back in my camera after using this charger, it went insane! This charger is simply not something I would recommend!
Yes.
For these Canon batteries, there are a variety of aftermarket rechargers available. They're usually 1 3/4 inches wide, 3 1/4 inches long, and 1 1/2 inches tall. I have one that can charge two batteries at once if they are placed in the charger on their ends (dimensions 2in W, 3 1/4in L, and 3/4in H). The previous one was also available on Amazon.

I was taken aback by how small this device is, but it gets the job done. I'll charge one battery while shooting with the other, and when the one in my 5D runs out of juice, I'll swap it out for a new one. br>br>And I can charge them both while I'm logging footage. I don't know what else I could want.
When I put six different batteries in my camera, they all showed 100% power. When placed in the Canon charger, all six batteries showed a charge of 100%. When placed in the second aftermarket charger, all six batteries showed a charge of 100 percent. When I used these chargers, only two of the six gave me a charged light. br>With 12 batteries to charge, I couldn't rely on this brand of charger, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else who needs extra chargers. br>With 12 batteries to charge, I couldn't rely on this brand of charger, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else who needs extra chargers. br>Unfortunately, money was not spent wisely. I'm returning these and getting a refund on them.
I didn't check the camera before taking a quick vacation because the batteries lasted so long. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized I might need to charge, so I placed an order the same day. It performs similarly to my OEM charger, with the exception that it does not provide a visual indication of charge progress. It will let you know when it is charging and when it is finished. I don't mind it at all because it saves money. Now that I have two, I can charge both batteries at the same time before leaving, and I'll have a backup in case one dies. This is an excellent product.
Does two batteries at once, fits well, and the USB charging is very convenient. It's a fantastic deal at this price.
I gave it three stars because of the size and the fact that I got it for a dollar thanks to a gift card; I read the reviews and was under the impression that it charged fairly quickly for an off-brand; I understand a few hours is fine, but I plugged one battery in around 5:45 p. m. It was around 12 a. m. when I checked it at 30 p. m. It wasn't fully charged as of 30 a. m. That's completely absurd. I have three batteries to charge (with more on the way), and I need them fully charged in at least four hours; I can't be too upset because of how much I paid for them, but this is precisely why I prefer to spend more on name brand over less on off brand because of poor performance. The quality, on the other hand, is excellent. br>br> It's a good size for traveling, as small as a charger can get while still fitting DSLR batteries, and it doesn't feel cheap. I'm not a fan of the solid amber light. I haven't seen a fully charged battery in over 6 hours, so I'm not sure if it turns green when it's fully charged.
The product does exactly what it says it will do. Being colorblind is a good thing. I'm blind, so I can't tell when it's finished because I can't distinguish between red and green lights. As a result, I prefer the OEM unit, which has a flashing light that turns solid on once the charge cycle is complete, but not enough to justify the price difference. I'd buy it again if I had the opportunity. It's also a little smaller than the OEM unit, which is a minor benefit.
The best feature of DSLR cameras is their long battery life, which is one of the main reasons I haven't switched to mirrorless. For my 5D, I have three batteries, and I can go weeks without charging them. Unfortunately, I had not charged my batteries in such a long time that I had misplaced my charger. When I looked into it, the official Canon charger was over $50. So, what makes their charger so special? It is imprinted with the Canon logo. That is all there is to it. It's nothing more than a box full of transistors. The cost of production is $1. Anyway, I came across this charger for $7 and decided to purchase it. Because it's a charger, I think this is actually better than the Canon charger because it's smaller. It works. I'm content with myself. The only drawback is that it appears to charge slower than the original Canon charger. It isn't a major problem. Low-wattage charging, according to some, is actually better for the batteries.
There are three chargers in my possession. br>One original Canon charger is the fastest, while the other is an aftermarket charger that charges in the car quickly enough. This new charger is far and away the slowest, taking three times as long as the original Canon charger.
