It's a joke, don't you think? It makes no difference. It's a strange way to mount it. Chinos, obviously, have unique cooling requirements. br>It's a waste of money.

It appears to do exactly what it claims. However, it does not go far enough. This unit does not move enough air to make a difference when exposed to direct sunlight. And it must spend a lot of time in the sun, otherwise the battery will not be charged. This unit will also suck up your hair and tangle it! (To be honest, finding a parking spot in the shade was just easier. ) That is more effective.

I like that it requires no maintenance and is always available when I need it. I park the car outside, where it can get extremely hot, and this appears to help.
