It snaps off because the bolt is of low quality

What a shocker. MADE IN A POOR MANNER. Luckily, there is a small allen head bolt on the unit that bolts it to the battery post. That small bolt will snap off in the unit before it gets tightened to the post. Despite looking like a cool accessory for batteries, this is a piece of junk. Buy this item at your own risk.

The set is large - Screws have a number of advantages over other solutions. In the first place, I would like to mention that another reviewer said that the allen-bradley was quite good It broke when he tried tightening it with a head screw. It wouldn't hurt to buy some quality allen wrenches to solve his problem, although I'm not sure why he had that issue You might want to stock up on head screws at the local hardware store. There are six holes, each measuring M6-M8 A 0 x 12 mm strip. To buy a pair of black shorts, I only had to pay about a dollar A screw made from oxide. Another important feature of this device is that it has a feature not even mentioned in the specifications. A metal ring terminal can be attached to one side of the unit by screwing it into place. It's made of plastic that has a tab that must be snipped off in order to be used. The main recommendation is to avoid this functionality in general, but if you need it, you can access What makes this unit unique is that it's a set-and-forget concept A screw. In comparison with most similar products, they are somewhat oversized. As a result, ring adapters are not required for smaller sized wires and a more secure connection is assured. A nice feature of the cover is that it screws on rather than snapping I highly recommend this book.
