In April of 2019, I bought this battery. The amount of time it took for the battery to charge appeared to be variable. I couldn't always make it through a round of golf because of it. I gave up on this battery in July of this year (2020) and went to Batteries Plus to get a replacement. It was significantly more expensive, but it has proven to be well worth the extra cost so far, as it has not caused me any problems.
This happened to me on my previous unit, and it's possible that the problem is with your charging circuit rather than the battery. I had to purchase a new unit as a result of this.

When you arrive, your phone will be fully charged. Only a few days ago, I received the battery. It was incredibly simple to set up. Other reviews stated that the battery did not fit well in the device, but this was not the case for me. For me, this is ideal. 👍. The battery was also fully charged when it was delivered. I did, however, leave it plugged in overnight to charge it. After my next round of golf, I'll post an update. br>NEXT STEP: Today I got to play 18 holes with the new battery. I had everything I needed. I'm overjoyed that my device is working properly once more.
Three times during a round, I had to restart it. I'm not sure if the problem is with the battery or with the unit.

The quality is extremely poor. I've bought three 2-packs in the last few years, and if you buy two, you might get one that holds a charge. br> I had one in each of the first two packs that wouldn't charge. When I asked for a replacement, I received two more packs, but only one of them would charge. So, if you want two good batteries from a two-pack, you should buy two two-packs!.
I used this battery to charge my SG- 5 I used Skycaddie 2 or 3 times to make sure I was getting the most out of it before going on vacation. In October, I took it to Palm Springs for a vacation. Every three or four holes, it was cut off. It's a real hassle. Big mistake not using it on course a few times at first ! After returning home I went back to the previous battery which only charges up about 75% but never cuts off! I couldn't ask for a refund at this point.
In my SG5, it worked perfectly.
One will not charge at all, while the other will not even hold a charge for 5 holes. I purchased two batteries for my golf sky caddie. One battery will not charge at all, and the other will only last five holes. dont buy!.
It's fantastic! is simple to change out.
