The device apparently requires a teeny-tiny screwdriver to remove the four corner screws so that I can replace the battery. Do you have any recommendations?

You'll need a Torx T5 screwdriver for this.

A special tiny star-shaped screwdriver is required to install the battery, which is not included. If I had known, I would have made a different purchase. I'm looking for it, but I'm not sure where to look. ?

I spent less than $5 on a small electronics tool kit. Harbor Freight is open from 00 to 00. It is equipped with the necessary screwdriver.

This isn't a battery that will last for a long time

In October of 2020, I bought this battery. It was incredibly simple to set up and had been working flawlessly for about a month. It stopped taking full charges at that point and now refuses to take any. I get a low battery alarm as soon as I unplug the power. This is a battery that I cannot recommend.

This is a great battery replacement

The battery is in excellent condition and holds a charge for an extended period of time. Although it's not difficult, it does take some patience to disassemble a Garmin GPS, as demonstrated in this YouTube video.

I took care of my memory issues. In the device, it rattles a little, but it functions properly. Look up YouTube videos if you don't know how to disassemble things.
