Plugs right into UE Boom 2, first charge lasted as long as the old battery on 80% volume after 3 power cycles, battery is 50% after 7 hours at 80% volume after 3 power cycles To open the speaker, I used a steel flat bottle that had been opened.
This battery attempted to work at first even though it took a couple of days to charge to 100%, then it began doing weird things like not stopping from charging even it Now it charges if it feels like it doesn t then I have to wait a few days just to get to 40%. I'd look for a boom2 battery replacement somewhere else.
In my UE Boom2, it was a perfect fit and popped right in. Like the factory battery, it charges and holds a charge. After a month, there have been no problems.
This battery outlasts the one that came with my UE Boom 2 by a long shot. When my old battery was new, I couldn't get more than a couple of hours out of it, and every time I tried to use it after a while, it was dead. I've had no problems with the new battery after 6 hours of use. br>br>It simply clicked into place and slid into the slot left by the old one. Excellent product.
This battery overheats my speaker, and after a week, I'm still having the same issue with the charge lasting less than an hour.
I'm not sure if it was because of my soldering or because of the battery. I have no desire to redo everything.
If you don't buy it, you won't be able to use it.
My Logitec Boom2 speaker uses a 6 volt battery. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. Just plug it in!.
