I've tried mounting on factory metal, removing the adhesive, and mounting directly onto metal, as well as removing the bottom sticker to let the magnet touch the There is nothing. The above method was tried with a much larger metal plate (google "ground plane"), and it still didn't work.

When I upgraded to a new sync 3 system in my 2013 Ford Flex, the clock displayed incorrectly and could not be adjusted (it would just reset to the incorrect time when I tried to adjust the With this GPS installed on the back of the vehicle, I was able to set the clock to GPS time and it showed properly within a few minutes of switching the vehicle on. As well as being able to manually adjust the clock, I can now reset the alarm. I highly recommend this book!.

The upgrade to Sync 3 works great

The antenna was used to connect the Sync 2 to the Sync 3 You need to My Fiesta ST just received an upgrade to Sync 3. The rotating wire connection on the back of the blue Fakra connector is a nice touch, and I was able to route the wire over obstacles in my dash smoothly after trying another antenna that gave me a Navigation Fault.
