If I did not need surgery in order to access the "older" jack sets, I would have given it five stars. My 55" LG flat panel is held in place by this. Even looking at the directions and all the stuff, it seemed daunting to put it together, but luckily I have a patient son who got the ball rolling and started out making it. Our assembly started quickly after we followed the directions and understood the instructions. There is a variety of screws that come with it to give you options for your TV. In my opinion, there are only two things I dislike about this. The last step is the last screw that you tighten in the plastic to fix your tv in place. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and my television stand. Good purchase.
If given the proper tools, information and instructions, I think the whole thing would have taken less than three hours.
