4 years ago, I framed and mounted a 65" on my wall
5/5

As I noted earlier, I use these differently than most. My 65" Toshiba TV is very nice, and I enjoy using it a lot. I could not drill or tap into my living room studs in order to hang my TV on the wall, so I couldn't use a standard TV wall mount hanger. I did what I am going to do. As a direct contact, I got in touch with Hangman Products, and I have to say that they are very friendly. The design of these is meant for 55" TVs and smaller, and so they do not perform very well on anything larger. Typically, TVs larger than 55" have inputs and outputs facing outward from the back of the TV, instead of downward as in smaller models. So for these, cable clearance was an issue, as well as There is a weight capacity of 80 pounds on each of these. The weight of my TV is approximately 75 pounds. I found this a bit uncomfortable, as it went a little beyond my comfort zone. What if I wanted to use two of them together on the same screen? It does work! I can confirm that. pointed out these design limitations and weight concerns when I spoke with them, however in theory, if the hangers were spaced apart sufficiently so that each held the same load, or nearly the same, then it shouldn't be a problem for it to hold. My expensive TV was risked to feed my curiosity, and the cat is still alive. I made sure I verified the dimensions exactly multiple times and double checked the math, and had the math double checked, and mounted them with those teeny After you start to pound these things in, you start to become quite concerned and wonder, "How will these flimsy things that I can bend between my fingers support the weight of my giant TV?"? Then somehow, through science, physics, witchcraft or black magic, or some previously undisclosed form of alien technology, they stabilize themselves without any noticeable movement. Mine has been hanging on the wall since December, 2016, and it hasn't shifted at all. As a solution to the cord problem, which is a problem for me, I ran my HDMI cables into right angle adapters and made sure every input on the TV was filled. I then ran those cables through a project box I built and mounted it beneath the TV using HDMI, TOSLINK, and other wall plates. In the future, if I need to change inputs, I can just do it underneath the TV, which is much easier than it was when the TV was positioned on A OVERALL VIEW I love what I've seen so far. Excellent work. They work for me, I'm a believer. hard to take a deep breath out before you let your hard earned money rest on such seemingly insignificant things, but don't worry, these won't disappoint you. * * *UPDATE I am glad that this was useful to so many people. In my previous message, I informed you that we had moved out of our apartment and into a new house. In order to remove these mounts, we had to pull the screws all the way out, for they weren't moving a millimeter and were still firmly anchored to went ahead and reinstalled the same mounts in our master bedroom in the new house for the big TV using the method I described in my original review, so it's been hanging on those mounts since 2017 and is still firmly attached. What a great set of pictures!.

Using this design was the original idea when people wanted to mount their televisions, so why wasn't it the first? As a matter of fact, I'm very confused about what started the whole TV mounting craze with the big heavy VESA Mounts
5/5

Just picking up the box as soon as I got it let me know I would not use it. I purchased the mount for my TV on Amazon a few months ago. This was literally 30 lbs of weight that I was supposed to screw into the wall, then I had to screw a 20 lb weight after it. Into that you can plug a TV. Due to the age of my house, it has more than a few things that new houses don't have, including untrustworthy studs. They're devious, those studs, and I was thrilled to find Hangman after searching Pinterest for alternate tv mounting ideas. As opposed to. In the meantime, I bought two packs on Amazon and the rest I'll use for the TV Displaying history books on a wall. Are you sure there is no Not a problem at all. I nailed ten little nails through ten small holes in a tiny little scrap of aluminum, and it went in the wall like that. Using the other scrap of metal, you can insert the two bolts through it and into your TV's mounting holes and it's in. Make sure all of your tv cords go into the back (you will probably need HDMI elbow joints if your cable doesn't go into the back sideways) (You can do it without them, but your tv will likely be pointing up at the ceiling). Last but not least, pick up the old boob tube and hang it It is a matter of game, set, match, and In this current TV-mounting situation, buying a VESA mount would be advantageous It would be the equivalent of buying a VCR today if climate were mounted. What I mean is that they are obsolete. We are living in the future. Taking candy from a baby is like taking candy from a child.

It's a 100 percent legit claim! I like it a lot! The fact that my TV is older and quite heavy made me a bit concerned about this mounting solution, but seriously, this mount worked perfectly
5/5

Mounting a TV with a flat surface is the fastest and easiest method. The price is simply unbeatable. The materials are of excellent quality as well. Similar to a dry wall gorilla hook, it appears to work in the same manner. The mount does not need to rotate and it doesn't need to be fastened It is quite late at night and the person wants something very quick and easy. This is something that you must have.

You can be relied on This applies even in cases of earthquakes
5/5

In the future, I intend to review after 6 months, then a year later. Mounts similar to those used in other rooms could not be installed here, & The wall mounts were frustrating for me because I didn't want to struggle with a stud finder or create unnecessary holes in the wall (my fault). That's how I found this wall mount that requires no studs. Since installing it 5 days ago, I haven't heard from it. After day 3 and on day 4 The day before, we had an earthquake and an aftershock that felt more powerful than the initial event. Despite its age, it's still in good condition. There is only one major flaw to point out, and that is the included leveler is not Reviewers informed me of this before I made a purchase. The leveler included with the package replaced that I had previously used. Readings were different between the two. On the basis of suggestions from previous reviewers and my own experience, I selected level 5 This is a satisfactory result for me. In order to conceal the cables, the next step is to get cable management strips. If possible, I plan to buy ones that can be painted and decorated With that, I will never need to buy any other cables. That way, I will have room to grow without having to buy additional cables. It's a great choice for the price, quality, and reliability.

After mounting, the tv won't tilt or swivel after it's been locked in place. The problem has been resolved. Please keep this in mind as well.

I have never seen a tv mount as good as this one! My tvs have now been hung with this hanger on two occasions, and I will probably never buy a television any bigger than 55" just so that I can always use this one! You are going to love how easy it is to install and hang
5/5

It took me 15 minutes to hang both my 28" and 55" on my own as I am small and have basic tools knowledge! It is a 55-inch TV and the original one I ordered from Amazon never even made it out of the box because the instructions were so bad and it was very difficult to assemble. As simple as it can be, and my television feels incredibly secure with this one! The positive things I can say about it are endless!.
