There is no difference in the controls for Rokutv for any brand of television because they all allow you to access your Rokutv account. No matter what brand of TV your have, the controls for Rokutv will work the same regardless. There is a Walmart store where you can buy it

Our previous TV was a vizio. I ordered this to make it compatible. We ordered one that did not work and did not come with a manual. Despite the reviews, there was no need for programming. no matter how much research you do, or how many YouTube videos you watch, or how many calls you make to customer support, there isn't a whole lot you can do to get it to work if it does not work out of the box. The page for our TV listed one of the models it's for, but our TV is not listed.
My remote is somewhere in the house. To control my TV, I was using an Android app on my smartphone, which worked ok but wasn't the most convenient. Suddenly, I had a problem with an update, so I reset my TV without thinking about it. Since there was no remote and I could not connect the app to the television because you have to use a remote to set up wifi, my TV was truly A replacement remote arrived within two days of ordering it and was just as good as the original! Once I plugged in the batteries, I was able to control my television without pairing, programming or setup. The build and format are almost identical to that of the Vizio brand replacement and it is a lesser pricepoint.
It is a great remote and a good value for the money. It finally led me to buy another after I lost mine. The order was delivered quickly. The remote is an authentic Vizio device. One of the reasons why I didn't give five stars is because there is a stupid sticker on the bottom of the remote that doesn't remove cleanly and leaves sticky papery residue on the remote. There is one annoyance that is enough to get one star taken off. I still consider it to be very worthwhile.

The dedicated buttons on the left side of the screen let me access the apps I use most sometimes and this would be perfect if there was only one problem. Due to the long delay between pressing buttons on the remote and the remote responding, you end up pressing harder and harder until it responds. It also requires you to be able to move around in the room to find a better angle, but there doesn't seem to be The same problem I had with the stock remote is also with this remote, so I would say it is just a poor IR signal. The remote is otherwise excellent, so it is a real shame it had a problem rather than a simple one.
It requires only batteries (not supplied) and a point-and-shoot mode. I didn't have to do any programming for it, and it works like the old one. A side benefit of this work I finally get my TV working with my WiFi after having to attach a Chromecast dongle for over a year. I wouldn't say it was directly as a result of the remote replacement, but it helped. I would definitely buy from them.
I am reducing this to a 1 star rating. I used this remote for about five months before it died. I thought it might just be the batteries, but it does not work at all. I find the remote to be frustrating. However, I think it is great overall. However, one major difference between the original and replacement remotes is the colored buttons on the original remote. The color of the painted buttons on the replacement remote is black. You might want to consider colored buttons instead of painted buttons because of longevity concerns. A third problem was that my new remote had a messed up "3".
