I'm not sure about 2500, but I'm pretty sure it'll work in 2020.
My microphone is an AT2020 (Audio Technica), which fits perfectly. I took a quick measurement and it came out to be a 6. Circumference of 5 inches The clamping mechanism has a very limited range of motion, but as I previously stated, it perfectly fits my microphone. HTH, br>br>HTH, br>br>HTH, br>br

br>I attempted a simple guitar recording with an Audio Technica at3035 today. br>Basic low-cost microphone that isn't overly heavy in comparison to other microphones. If you're trying to use the wing nut to secure your microphone in a specific position, this mini tripod won't be able to hold it up properly. br>You can tighten it as much as you want, but your microphone will still move around on you if it doesn't fall over from being on top of you. heavy. br>All of the tripod's tightening screws aren't tight enough to hold the tripod in the positions that it requires to function properly. This has received a lot of positive feedback. br>Aside from putting it on a desk, I don't think anyone is getting much use out of it. br>Even that is risky, as the mic tripod's weak legs and stature won't provide enough stability to hold a microphone in place. br>The microphone mount's wing nut can't be tightened enough to hold a microphone in any position other than straight up and down. br>This renders it essentially useless in real-world recording situations, such as when you might want to hold your microphone in a diagonal position. br>This tiny microphone stand isn't well-made, and it lacks the girth to support even my smallest microphone. The tiniest jolt or bump sends this tripod tumbling from its perch. heavy. br>br>It was a complete waste of money for me; I need something that actually works as advertised. br>I'll take some of the blame; you get what you pay for, after all. br>br>Best of luck to everyone.
GREAT! I'm in ecstasy right now. My new Electrovoice RE-100 was giving me a lot of "vibration" problems. There are 20 microphones in total. I couldn't afford the EV shock mount until I came across this zramo. To be honest, I ordered it with the intention of returning it if it didn't work. How could it possibly work while being so inexpensive? It arrived a few days ago, to be precise. The workmanship appears to be of very high quality. It was simple to set up, and I got a lot of positive feedback. It was easy to fit 20 people in it. Then I tapped the desktop while turning on the preamp. Voila! It had the desired effect. My vibration noise issue has been resolved. It's a lot more pleasant to work in this environment. I work as an Audible Audio Books narrator, so accuracy is critical. And it's correct. As I previously stated, I am overjoyed. Is it possible to give this a perfect score of ten?.
Buy it! On my Audio Technica 4033, it works flawlessly. I'm blown away by the quality of this product, especially considering how little I paid for it. It was given a score of 90. Let me say it again: It will only set you back $11. 90! It was purchased to replace my AT8441 shock mount (the equivalent of which costs around a hundred dollars and has been a thorn in my side for several decades). Furthermore, it appears that, when the time comes, replacing the elastic will be a breeze. In sum: One of the best purchases I've ever made on Amazon in terms of value.
I've been using it with an AT2020 for a little over a year now. br>br>In case anyone was concerned about its durability, it has held up admirably; the only issue arose when the elastic settled in, and the clamp adjustment legs began to rub against the ring, making obnoxious noises at the slightest provocation. It was a straightforward fix in the end. You can actually unclip the arms and set them off to the side if you squeeze them, making it completely free-form. Once more, I was floating. Exceptional. It even survived my tripping over the stand and slamming it into a wall and a guitar amp- only a few scuffs on the front, and the elastic came unhooked on one side. 10/10, would buy again.
I think it was the best $11 I've ever spent on Amazon. For the price, you can't go wrong with this one; it perfectly fits my PR30. It's hard to believe that people still pay Heil $100 for a shockmount. Give one of these a shot for the sake of your health and your wallet.
Sturdy and well-made made. For the price, this is an excellent shock mount. I was expecting a cheapo build (I'll be taking it with me when I travel), but it's made of sturdy metal with strong elastic bands and THREE screw diameters. It has a strong grip on the microphone - it's impressive. There was absolutely no slipping. Make sure you get the right size mic for your application. It's fantastic. br>br>It's fantastic. I wish I'd known about this before I spent so much money on the Audio Technica!.
This is a perfect fit for my Rode NT1 (black) and is far less bulky than the SMR shock mount that came with it.
It was a breeze to attach my AT 2020 to it, and it connected to my mic stand with ease. br>br>The only criticism is that the elastic bands that provide shock absorption appear to come out of their guides very easily, which isn't always obvious. Every time I move a mic, I've learned to double-check it.
