My adapter works with a Rode Videomic Pro, so it's safe to assume it'll work with the Videomic Go as well. Because the videomics' 3/8" plastic thread is a little flimsy, I was worried that frequent attaching and detaching of my mic to this adapter would damage the mic cold shoe or threads. I bought a Rode PG1 cold shoe handgrip and attached it to this adapter on my boom pole (with its metal 3/8" thread in the bottom), and now both my camera and boom pole have shoe mounts where I can attach the mic, making it much easier to move the mic between mountings. I also get a good grip, so I can mount my mic in three different ways depending on the situation.
Not sure. This is a mic stand adapter that looks like a photo tripod. This would allow you to mount a camera, such as a camcorder or a Tascam digital audio recorder, on a microphone stand.
I looked for information on the threads used in the mounts of the mentioned satellites but couldn't find it. So, if you're a current owner, the best way to answer is to measure the threads on the speaker's base. M8 (metric) is more likely than 3/8" to be the case. Even if the threads do fit, you might want to go with a more durable option. br>These units appear to be heavier than I would recommend mounting with just an adapter such as this one, despite their small size. However, if you're only using it to keep the unit on a larger base, it should be fine. The strain on this adapter may cause it to break or fail to properly support your (expensive) satellite.
Yes . These appear to be universal, so you should be able to use them with any mic and any mic stand. They worked perfectly for my setup.

I have a lot of microphone stands (both broken and working), and this allows you to turn any of them into a versatile item for your photography needs. br>br>Mount a flash, a mic, a cold shoe, or anything else! Right now it's holding a Rode Video Micro for my little vlog space, as well as a massive mic stand. br>br>I can see how this would be a great way to get things off camera if you already have mic stands and no light stands with a boom arm. Thank you! br>br>.
These are what I used to mount my iLoud Micro Monitors to mic stands, and they work great. I wish they came in black to match the majority of pro audio gear, but they do the job.
Because this adapter was the right size, I was able to use my mic stand with the shield as intended for the low price of $5!.
When I ordered my Samson MBA38 microphone boom arm and Samson SP04 shock mount from Amazon, the company (not Amazon) apparently sent me a UK model of the mount and a NA boom arm! Needless to say, they didn't fit, and my time to return them had passed. After doing some research, I discovered that these adapters are available, and yay, problem solved! Also, this is a high-quality item that feels solid and fits snugly.
I only had it for a few weeks as a mic to stand adapter, and it worked fine for the first week, but after that it became looser and looser until I couldn't tighten it any longer because it would just spin. No, it's not stripped, and I can easily remove it as if it were too big. Despite the fact that the product is inexpensive, I am dissatisfied with it.
It's an excellent adapter; it performs admirably and was required for the re-installation of a microphone stand. purpose. br>br>That's all there is to it;.
My other screw, which connects to a 1/4" male, does not have this problem, so just be aware if you're like me and needed this to work right away.
The female thread, which is 5/8" in diameter, is too thin. Certain stereo bars can't be tightened, and using washers with my stereo bars isn't an option. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use this adapter for its intended purpose, but it may be useful in other situations.
