I subscribe to several "high-end audio" catalogs as a result of my subscription to several "high-end audio" catalogs. end "audio" magazines (for entertainment purposes only); I don't buy this extortionately priced item - and, in today's world, substandard construction - audio equipment is no longer available). br>br>I have two pieces of equipment (a JVC CD player and a Pioneer DVD player) that slide around on my stand when I use their front-mounted controls. Controls on the panel (In addition, the Pioneer is positioned directly on top of an Oppo UDP-equipped device. ) 203 Blu- The Pioneer's feet and the ray player don't leave much room for the Oppo to "breathe. " ") I needed some rubber or similar isolation pads to isolate them from the stand (to prevent vibration) and keep them from sliding around. br>br>I took a look at two of my "high-profile" clients. There they were in the "end audio" catalogs: Isolation pads that were only $14 at the cheapest price I could find. br>br>Unfortunately, only FOUR (4) pads were included. br>br>And, believe it or not, others were going for as much as $800. 00 (! In any case, removing them would necessitate a significant amount of force. br>br>The equipment is no longer sliding, and while I can't say whether these pads truly reduce stand vibrations (I never heard any before applying these pads), they certainly can't hurt. When you consider that most things have four feet, that's an unusual number. Why weren't there twelve or sixteen pads included in the package? This would be done in four-person groups, which seems more logical to me. br>br>However, as I previously stated, this is a very "minor" complaint, and in my opinion, if you are in the market for such items, you simply cannot go wrong with these. AND - They are designed and manufactured in the United States of America. I'm using them as standoffs for my heat-generating electronic products with bottom vents (router switch, Android TV box, and table-mounted projector). From the bottom, there is sufficient height to allow for good airflow. br>br>As far as adhesion goes, it isn't the best, but if done correctly, everything should be fine. br>br>When I'm dealing with something that sticks, I do the following: br>Prepare the area you want them to stick to. Wipe the surface clean with 90% or higher alcohol to remove any residue and or any oily layer that has accumulated over time.

As a chemist, I think the chemistry used to create these is incredible. I understand that obtaining this level of quality from anywhere in the world is not unreasonable. However, it's wonderful to see a product that is both simple and thoughtfully engineered and manufactured right here in the United States. I use these for a wide range of purposes. Speakers, computers, servers, kitchen equipment, and other items are all available. The adhesive isn't great, but that's a good thing because it would ruin anything it came into contact with.
These were placed beneath my Magic keyboard and worked perfectly. Just the right size for a slight angle on the keyboard. The adhesive appears to be of high quality, and they are securely fastened. I would strongly advise against using it for this purpose. br>br>One thing to keep in mind: The adhesive performs admirably. I needed to adjust the placement of one of the feet because my keyboard had a slight arc to it. It was not an easy task. Before you fully press the feet on, double-check that they are in the correct position. After the adhesive has set, they are difficult to remove. This isn't necessarily a bad thing since you want them to stay put. Just make sure they're in the right place before putting them on.
br>br>The seller also stands behind their products, so if you have any problems, contact them first and they will do everything they can to rectify the situation. br>br>I used these on a few different Headphone Amplifiers because they provide enough grip to allow me to plug in without the Amplifier sliding away from me.
I used these little guys to decouple some floor speakers from the floor; I'm not sure if it improved the sound quality, but I figured it was worth a shot. I also put them on the legs of the turntable rack, and they've helped to eliminate some skips caused by walking/moving around the apartment while listening to music. br>br>At less than $10, I'd recommend giving these bumpers a try, and I love that they're made in the United States!.
However, it isn't in direct competition with much more expensive alternatives. To put it another way, the price is reasonable. I experimented with stock feet that came with the original settings as well as other alternatives. It's better than the original, but ordinary spike cones outperform it, and spring spikes outperform it even more. If you can't use spikes for various reasons (such as leveling issues, weight distribution, etc. ), this will serve as a good filler, but not much more.
Vibration isolation of high quality. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Because the adhesive isn't too strong, it doesn't leave any residue and can be removed without the use of force. However, this means you won't be able to slide your sub into place - It's up to you to lift and place everything! br>br>Overall, I'm pleased.
