It's a good product that feels and looks tough and will last a long time; however, for my purposes, the cable should have come out of the narrow side of the male connector; the female side is irrelevant. I like to keep my OBD2 module connected, but the fuse panel where the OBD port is located on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata won't close. However, I could modify the panel cover. It's only been two weeks since I got the car! =/br>br>Does it work? Of course! Yes, it's a high-quality build. Should you purchase it if it meets your requirements?.
This is fantastic! Everything was exactly as shown in the picture. Was extremely beneficial in relocating a T-shirt's position. OBD adapter for mobile SyncUP Drive. Because of the location of the OBD II port on my car, the adapter protruded excessively, making it difficult to avoid hitting it with my knees while driving. I was able to connect the OBD adapter inside the dash using the extender cable, which prevented the adapter from being seen and freed up the legroom that the adapter was taking up.
It appears to be of excellent quality; however, the ribbon is not as flexible as I had hoped, and it fit perfectly behind the kick panel. It was significantly longer than I required, but this is a simple fix. The connector is extremely tight and will never come loose.
This cable worked perfectly to move my OBD device behind the dash and has a low profile plug, as the OBD port in my car sticks out directly, which means a device plugged into it sticks out of the bottom of my dashboard. Perfect!.
In my Ford Fiesta ST, I use this to completely conceal the Cobb AccessPort cable behind the dash. Instead of the supplied Cobb cable protruding towards my feet and then disappearing behind the dash, I can fully tuck it out of the way with this.
It is compatible with K DCAN. It did a good job of concealing my BMW's K DCAN cable for my MHD tuning software. The cable isn't protruding from your leg any longer! I slid it behind the interior footwell panels and neatly routed the wires.
However, it is a superbly constructed item.
