Yes, in theory, but I found it easier to purchase a USB Multi charger and connect my devices to it. The ports are available in two sizes: two, four, six, and ten.
This is how I split my Garmin cord so that I can feed my GPS and Dash Cam 2 at the same time. It's fantastic. This has been in my possession for years, so unless Garmin changes their plugs, it will continue to work.

With a Garmin, you can use any standard power cord. The newer models with traffic alerts, on the other hand, state that traffic alerts are not permitted due to cable limitations. This cable extension, on the other hand, works with a Garmin.
