Yes, it worked for my extender, but it was a 3G model, not the 4G one you have; I believe they both use GPS antennas that are similar. I had to use a small screwdriver to remove the plastic connector FAKRA key so it could fit in the SMB socket, but that was no big deal.
The antenna is hardwired on the other end.
Ends on the cables were missing.

Then I plugged this replacement gps antenna into the back of the radio and slid the receiver above the glove box and just under the dash into place. It worked perfectly, and for the price, it's hard to beat. A $10 fix that's as good as the dealer's $800 fix!.
I took my time installing the antenna on the roof and running the cable through the roof, across and down the walls to the dashboard, which resulted in a cleaner installation and a permanent antenna.
This antenna worked the first time I plugged it in, but after that it stopped working. I'm sure others have had it easier than me. They were grateful for my return. The magnet was extremely powerful and effective. Also, the cable was extremely long, so if you're planning to mount it close to where it plugs in, as I did (Ford SYNC 3 headunit), the coiled up excess cable may take up too much space for everything to fit nicely. br>br>In the end, I went with the one from uxcell because it has a shorter cable and the fabric tape looks nicer. That one is still up and running.
I bought one of these antennas for a Ford Sync 3 conversion and got a navigation fault error during startup, so I bought another one (just in case the first one was defective) and it does the same thing. I bought a third on eBay (with an L connector) and it works perfectly; if you're doing a sync 3 conversion, I'd avoid it.
A good substitute for my AT Microcell type T We were able to put the antenna in the attic for better reception because of the long cable.
T Micro- Cell. br>I strongly advise using this to boost a satellite signal on any device that is compatible.
With my ATT MicoCell, it works great. Because of the long cable, I was able to position the antenna and base unit in the best possible location.
