Femto's antenna has been extended, which is fantastic

Yes, multiple cables can be connected if necessary. Because I had to place the Femto cell in the center of the office, over 75 feet from the nearest window with the best reception, I put two of these together with the supplied cable from the Femto. br>br>Anyone who tells you that you can't connect multiple cables together is lying. I did, and I had excellent cell phone reception as well as multiple satellites discovered by the Femto inside the office.

Identical to the GPS cable that came with the Verizon Samsung 4G extender

This is the exact same cable that Verizon includes with their 4G Samsung GPS antenna extension. This allowed me to increase the distance between the antenna and the ground from 25 to 75 feet. Just plug it in and go. Everything is in order. It worked perfectly when I daisy chained two of these together.

Because there is no phone service in this house, a network extender is being used. This cable had been cut and was running outside.

The product is exactly as described. The interior network cell signal emitter has an extension cord. For just a cord, it seems a little pricey, but I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else (this is most likely the mark-up).
