How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Running, biking, hiking, and other activities can be done without using your phone, and you can monitor your progress in real time. Then go into the Fitbit app and look at your workout intensity map.
Active Zone Minutes measures exercise effort using your resting heart rate and alerts you when you increase the intensity, so you can get the most out of your workouts.
PurePulse 2 allows you to keep track of your heart rate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fitbit's improved heart rate technology has a score of 0 out of 10 stars.
With our selection of SpO2 clock faces, you can see your nightly blood oxygen levels at a glance. Then, using the Fitbit app's Health Metrics dashboard, track your trends over time to see if there are any signs of significant changes in your wellness.
Simply speak to your watch to get quick news, set bedtime reminders and alarms, control your smart home devices, and more with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa Built-in.
Take Bluetooth calls hands-free with the built-in mic and speaker, send callers to voicemail, and adjust volume (available when phone is nearby). (Needs to be charged more frequently)
Music can be stored and played.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible for me to pick up the phone or at the very least send a text message?

You have the ability to take telephone calls. You can't text back if you're an Apple user. You can text back if you have an Android phone.

Is it waterproof, and can I wear it while swimming?

After doing some research on the meaning. There isn't one that is. Simply put, there are various degrees of resistance. The key term is ATM, which stands for "protection reading under pressure." A meter of water is equal to one ATM. Although IPS68 is the best, it does not imply that all IPS68-based ATMs are the same. This watch, according to Fitbit's website, can withstand 50 meters (5 ATM) and 164 feet of water. So, instead of swimming in the sea, you should be able to swim in a pool.

Is it possible to count steps while pushing a shopping cart or stroller and carrying something that keeps an eye on a bunch of movines as they move up and down?

In my experience, if I walk on a treadmill while holding on to it, the Versa will pick up SOME but not all of my steps. I'd gotten into the habit of clinging to my non-existent non-existent non-existent non-existent Keep an eye on your hand; how stiff your arms are while holding on will determine how long you can hold on. A stroller or shopping cart, I believe, would be similarly affected.

Will the replacement bands for the Versa 2 work on the Versa 3?

For the V3 and Sense, they introduced a brand-new latch.

I was off by a long shot
3/5

I was really looking forward to the release of this Fitbit. I'm disappointed and will be returning it tomorrow after using it for several days. My list of advantages and disadvantages is as follows: Advantages: br>br> br>* GPS - Global Positioning System - Global Positioning System - Global Positioning System This is the primary source of my joy. A Versa with GPS, at long last! I needed a way to keep track of my runs without having to carry around my phone. (Read the cons to see why I still can't run without my phone) During a portion of my run, the GPS lost signal. My phone had a strong signal, so I'm not sure why the Versa's GPS signal was lost. It wasn't for a long time (maybe a day or two). Even though it was only a tenth of a mile, it was still disappointing. SpO2 % -
* SpO2 % -
* SpO2 % It's pretty cool that it can keep track of things like this. However, it only gives you a range of times from when you are sleeping. This is impossible to spot-check. I'm not sure why they didn't make this a possibility. br>* The back of the chair is flat - I've only been able to tolerate the Versa line of fitness and smartwatches. Many others have raised round backs, which I despise. This watch's back does not irritate the skin. br>br>Cons: br>* There is no space for music - Fitbit, what are you up to? So you added GPS but removed the music storage option. There is a major design flaw here. Because it can only stream music when connected to a phone via Bluetooth, I still have to take my phone with me when I go for a run. I'm returning the watch because of this. ***NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** - So. You can only save music for offline listening if you have a Deezer or Pandora subscription. As a result, the cost of storing music will be $10 per month. Spotify will only let you control your music from your wristband, but it will not let you listen to music offline. The watch does not allow you to add your own music. * SpO2% -
* SpO2% -
* SpO2% There's no way to spot-check this, as I mentioned earlier. I'd like to see how my SpO2 changes during runs, when I exercise at higher altitudes, and so on, but it only shows me the values from when I was sleeping. *eyeroll
br>I'm going to give the new Garmin Venu Sq Music Edition a try, and I'm hoping the back isn't as uncomfortable as other similar watches' backs have been. It costs about $20 more than the Versa 3, but it can do everything the Versa 3 can plus a few things it can't. Onboard music storage and SpO2 spot checks My familiarity with the Fitbit platform and the Fitbit communities will be missed.

If you buy a Fitbit on Amazon, be aware that the company will not honor the warranty
3/5

After a few days of use, I wasn't impressed with the Fitbit Versa 3. I couldn't get any music on it because you need a paid subscription to Pandora or Deezer, you can't run a timer while using the running app, it won't run my google calendar, and because I'm an iPhone user, it won't let me respond to calls or texts (which I knew beforehand). But I figured it wouldn't be a big deal because Fitbit offers a 45-day money-back guarantee. When I called to start the return process, they said they couldn't accept it because I didn't buy it from Fitbit. com. Never mind that this is the Fitbit'store' on Amazon, and that I tried to buy it from Fitbit first. Due to a glitch on their end, the order was unable to be processed. Bye- Hello, Apple Watch, and goodbye, Fitbit.

Time will tell if this is a significant improvement over the Ionic
3/5

Update: So, after a few months of use, I've discovered two major issues: first, the battery life appears to be dwindling. Instead of a week, I'm only seeing about four days. It's not the end of the world, but it's something to think about. Furthermore, the charger connects, but I must disconnect and reconnect several times before it will charge. I've thrown it in a drawer and given up at least twice because it wouldn't work. Second, the obnoxious proprietary band continues to fail. Every two weeks or so, I go through at least one set. The strange connecter fails after 3 weeks, and the band stops working. After my ionic and versa experiences, it appears that Fitbit is still on the verge of becoming a good watch. Hopefully, with Google's acquisition, the remaining issues will be resolved. br>br>Introduce yourself to the world of br>br>br>br>b br>I had the Ionic for about two years, and you know how that turned out. It was fantastic when it worked, but there were flaws. My first Ionic lasted about a year and a half. Fitbit sent me a replacement, which lasted an additional 18 months. That Ionic passed away at the end of July in the year 2020. So I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, which cost nearly $500 after taxes. After a month, I despised it and was disgusted at how much money I had wasted. I couldn't get more than a day's worth of battery life out of it, it was uncomfortable, and I'm not sure what value it adds over a Fitbit-style smart watch. Worse, the watch was marked down by $75 after a month, with a resale value of only $275. As a result, that watch cost me my shirt. br>br>Review: br>br> br>So, after getting rid of the GW3, I went with the Versa 3 over the Sense because I don't think the extra sensor is worth the extra money for my needs. It still has the built-in GPS, which is great, as well as all of the other features that I've come to expect from Fitbit. Despite all of the negative reviews, I think this watch is fantastic. The display is bright and smooth, the device is comfortable to hold, and there may be a slight lag in the operating system, but it's a FITBIT, so it's not like it freezes all the time; it's just a minor hiccup now and then. That was also true of my $500 GS3. Most importantly, I don't need to carry a charger with me at all times because I can go for up to 5 days on a single charge. So, if you're a Fitbit fan who wants to upgrade, or if you're looking for a reasonably priced smart watch or fitness tracker, this is the one for you. No, it's not a Samsung Galaxy S3 or an Apple Watch. But, in my opinion, it is not attempting to be something it is not. On your watch, you don't need a slew of apps or games. That's why you have a $1,000 phone. A watch is a device that can be used in conjunction with your smartphone. I would strongly advise anyone interested in purchasing it to do so.
