You can set up a Blood Oxygen notification, but I have mine set to take it on demand because one of the responders said the watch was difficult to set up. Don't expect anything less than the best. I went to YouTube and watched a short video on how to set up my watch, after which I completed the task in 30 minutes. It was simple, even for a 75-year-old woman like myself!
The Apple Watch GPS does not have a direct connection to a cellular carrier.
Apple watches, on the other hand, are only compatible with iPhones. Android phones will not work with them.
When your iPhone is turned off or out of range, your Apple Watch can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. To send and receive data, you'll need a Wi-Fi network. If you choose a GPS Cellular model, your watch will be able to connect to a cellular network.

Here's a status report on my Apple Watch Series 6: I'm giving it back today. I tried to be a watch person, but I'm not one of them. I wore it for two days and then it sat on my dresser for the rest of the time. Putting it on all day seemed to be a chore. Also, when I bought it, I wanted the loop band, but they wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars for it. Also, I expected it to be more entertaining, but the health alerts were tedious and came at inconvenient times. Rather than acting on the warnings, I found myself dismissing them. In addition, the operating system is subpar. The charging times and the ECG were the two features of the watch that I found most appealing. I couldn't justify spending $462 on this watch because of the benefits.
I've only had it for a few days, but I'm really enjoying it so far. I had been waiting for a new Apple Watch for a long time, and I currently own a Series 1 model. I can now perform ECG o2 saturation thanks to the upgrade in Series 6. It was well worth the wait, in my opinion.
I've been waiting for it for a month now. However, it is well worth the effort! The best timepiece on the market.
to keep tabs on my health.
I had my Watch for exactly 5 days when I noticed the display was damaged (as seen in the video I attached). I hadn't worn my Watch every day since I bought it, it hadn't been exposed to extreme temperatures, and it had never been dropped. I took it to the Apple Store and had a Genius Bar associate look at it, who said it was "just a bug. " Obviously, this isn't the case, as one side of the screen is completely lit up before the rest of it, and I've never seen another Series 6 do this before. br>br>Getting a replacement through Amazon was initially a pain because they referred me to a Senior Apple Associate after I made it clear that I'd already spoken with one, but I eventually got through to a lovely woman who properly assessed the issue and immediately shipped me a replacement. I should have it in a few days and will report back on whether the new Watch is buggy or not. br>br>In terms of the Watch, it's fantastic. I had a Series 3 before getting the 6, and it's a significant upgrade. Colors, features, and a larger screen are all appealing to me. The color saturation is excellent, and the display is bright. I've been tracking my health with apps on my phone for years, so I was excited to learn that I could get an even more accurate experience with a device on my wrist. I'm looking forward to getting my replacement so I can keep up with my health and fitness!.
I'm enjoying this watch so far, but there's still a lot to learn. It's a lovely shade of blue.
It arrived in perfect condition, but the watch screen was shattered, and I'd like it replaced as soon as possible.
My previous Series 4 was a great upgrade, and this one is even better.
