This was purchased for my front office receptionist, who uses it on a daily basis and adores it. It gives her a great deal of flexibility and frees her from her desk. The sound quality is excellent, and it can be heard throughout our entire office - which is a decent size!.
Moves away from your face and mouth at all times, requiring constant adjustment. I recommend a different brand that works well and lasts much longer on the battery. br>br>I even went out and bought another to see if it was any different - exactly the same - I attempted to give them a chance but was unable to do so because the return window had closed. I've now squandered both of my funds. I'm not pleased at all. I'm not going to name the brand or model of the product I discovered that works so much better, but believe me when I say - That is something I simply do not believe in doing here. br>br>I'd like to return it and receive a refund!.
It'd only get 4 points. On a full charge, you get 5 hours of talk time. The seller was wonderful and sent me a new battery, but it didn't work. Returning to the store and purchasing an 8-hour battery.
This product has only been in my possession for about a month, and the sound quality is terrible. If I don't physically hold the mic closer to my mouth, customers won't be able to hear what I'm saying. The earpiece does not stay in my ear for very long.
the- headset for the head I contacted the seller, who promptly located and shipped another for me. Although the product is excellent, the seller's customer service is exceptional!.
The headset is fantastic in and of itself. The advertisement, however, included two pictures and did not include a lifter.
