Since COVID-X, I've been on the hunt for a wireless headset. I was forced to work from home by the age of 19. This is my third headset, and I'm still in awe of it. It's perfect; I can walk upstairs and downstairs and still get it to work clearly and flawlessly. I've told my coworkers about it, and they think it's great.

I'm a high school teacher who has to record lessons all of the time and is on a tight budget. Is it audible to you? Yeah. But I sound like I'm on a radio talk show from the 1970s. I'm completely deafeningly muffled, and the sound quality is abysmal. I'm fine with my hearing, but the audio recordings of myself are quite depressing. I bought these because I have a hard-of-hearing student, and I figured that having the microphone close to my mouth would improve the quality. I recently bought a cheap pair of wireless Bluetooth earbuds, and they work a lot better. I won't return them because I don't have the energy or time, but if my 9-year-old daughter ever wants to pretend to be an airplane pilot, I'll hand them over without hesitation.

It's crystal clear and extremely pleasant to sit in. The mouthpiece is adjustable, so I can move it around on days when I need to wear a mask to work. The charger can be plugged into either the base or the device. The only drawback is that it charges via USB and there is no block included, but I charge via my computer, so this isn't a problem for me. It's also more convenient to charge from a computer rather than from a wall outlet. This would be useful when driving and charging in the car as well. Anyone would benefit from this!.

" When I bought this three weeks ago (December 2020), I had no idea what to expect because I had previously bought other products that did the same thing but didn't work out. Because I'm in poor health, I'm on the phone a lot, so I end up on long calls trying to figure out hospital charges I don't understand or, even worse, calling my insurance to find out why a medical bill wasn't paid. Having to hold the phone up to my ear is exhausting. It's just as inconvenient to use the speakerphone because I still have to hold the phone. People frequently complained that they couldn't hear me when I used traditional wired earbuds with a microphone to free up my hands so I could do chores while talking. I frequently had to physically hold the microphone to my mouth in order for the other person to hear me. That defeats the purpose of "hands free" in the first place. Many years ago, I tried a Nokia. A wireless one-ear answering system (you know what I'm talking about. the kind you saw on men who insisted on answering calls in the grocery store because they wanted to appear important, and ended up speaking too loudly. ) My issue with that product was that I couldn't always hear the other person and had to speak louder to get their attention. Both are unsuitable for "hands-free" communication. On Amazon's Black Friday deals, I noticed this headset. I kept it in my basket for a few weeks before asking my husband to purchase it for me for Christmas. The headset was well-protected when it arrived in its box. This unit is made up of two different parts. The charging base and the headband with built-in microphone. I can save the charge by pressing the power button on the side of the earpiece. It also had a small dot light that was red when the battery was low and turned blue when it was fully charged. The headset is lightweight and easy to adjust. The microphone can be adjusted as well. The charging time was just over an hour. I was able to connect to my smart phone's bluetooth with relative ease. AT was causing me problems. So, on the Monday after Christmas, I put on the headset and made my first call. The headset performed admirably. I had volume controls so I could easily hear the AT. T had a soft-spoken representative. She also spoke with a thick accent, so being able to hear her clearly was fantastic. The audio quality was outstanding. My wireless Bose earbuds are almost as good. I inquired as to whether or not the representative could hear what I was saying. The call lasted 47 minutes, and she said she could hear me perfectly well. I put my phone down and went about my house doing chores while dealing with AT&T's problems. The microphone remained in place and the headset was light but sturdy. I changed the sheets, started a load of laundry, swept the front porch, loaded the dishwasher, and picked up trash around the house. I didn't have to say anything more than once because the line was so clear. I then dialed my best friend's phone number, who happened to be on her lunch break. I happily chatted while folding and putting away towels and clothes. The charge lasted several hours as I checked in with friends and family to see how their Christmas was going. My expectations were not met by the headset. Instead of waiting interminably for whomever to check into whatever, I can now make calls and get on with my day. The headset also has a magnet that allows it to be easily attached to the base. I can now make those time-consuming medical insurance inquiries while doing other things around the house. I'm not as drained by phone calls as I once was, and I'm getting nothing done around the house. I can also divert my attention by spending time with family and friends while completing tasks that I dislike, such as folding clothes, dusting, and making beds. These headsets will be given as gifts to my grown daughters, in-laws, and close friends for the holidays. My husband has tried the headset on a few occasions and is very pleased with it. This is a fantastic item!.

I purchased this headset to use with the Avaya phone app on my laptop for remote work from home. PROS: br>br> br>*I was able to pair the headset with my laptop (running Windows 10) quickly and easily using Bluetooth. br>*After I set my sound settings to use the headset on my laptop, my Avaya phone app recognized it right away. br>*Battery life appears to be very good. Even when playing music through them, it lasts all day. br>*It comes with a docking station and a charger, which I really like. It's very simple to turn it on and off as needed. br>*I have a small head, and some headsets are too big for me. I wear it on the smallest adjustable setting and find it to be very comfortable. It can also be expanded if necessary. br>*Mic swivels 280 degrees, allowing it to be worn on either the right or left ear. CONS: br>br> br>*This isn't a problem for me, but it could be for others. I had anticipated a slightly longer receiver range. I can walk into the next room and still be connected, but anything beyond that causes the signal to cut in and out. However, this has only been tested while listening to music. Again, this isn't an issue for me because it meets all of my remote office requirements and expectations for the price. br>br>Would recommend. Purchase once more.

To be honest, I'm satisfied with the quality I received, especially considering the headset's low price, and it easily connected to my laptop. It's wonderful not to be tangled up in cords while working. However, the sound quality of this headset isn't particularly good. Music, phone calls, and so forth. Everything has a tinny quality to it. br>My second gripe is that the ear piece has a blue and red light that blinks to indicate whether or not it is powered on. I wear glasses, and the light catches in them every time it blinks. When I wear the headset on my right ear, it isn't as distracting, but when I wear it on my left ear, it is. br>It's a good headset for the price, and I got what I paid for, but if you want good sound quality, you should spend a little more money and get a better product.
