Aside from that, the quality appears to be on par with the price, though the bluetooth shutter remote control was not included in the package. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they requested that the entire item be replaced. I asked for a $5 credit to buy a new remote, but they couldn't accommodate me. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice if it had arrived in the same condition as described.
The remote control for the opened item is missing.
It's simple to set up and adjust, with a wide range of height adjustments and leg adjustments for a stable base. With strong spring tension tension, it clamps firmly to the phone. Remote shutter control can be paired with Bluetooth in a matter of seconds. The phone holder has no built-in level, but you can use the level tool in the phone app.
It's built to last. The tripod legs aren't extendable, which I really like. It has a very solid foundation as a result of this. The grip on the phone holder is incredible. My iPhone 11 had no trouble connecting to the remote via Bluetooth. Overall, it's a breeze to set up and take down. It comes with a handy carrying case and isn't too big when folded. Ideal for those with limited storage space or who live in small spaces. This product has exceeded my expectations.
It is easily broken, and it does not keep the camera in place without leaning.
The biggest drawback for me was the phone holder, which I replaced with a metal one that works much better. It's good for the price, folds up small, and is fairly sturdy considering the price.
Of course, it's light and not something you should use with your hands, but it's extremely versatile, and the remote works flawlessly.
Thumb screws instead of thumb snaps are my preferred method of loosening and tightening the extension pool.
