br>br>With that said, I gave this a five-star rating because the screen alone is worth the purchase price. It works perfectly, installs like factory parts, and is of excellent quality. There are no issues with the order's main component: a display br>br>This was my first attempt, and I failed miserably (the double-sided tape provided in the kit was useless). Please pay attention if you're doing this for the first time and aren't sure how to work with phones like this. br>br>You'll need to watch a video of someone doing this professionally to understand how certain parts come apart, as well as an electronic heating pad or a dry, warm environment. This phone (Galaxy A11) worked better when it was warm than when it was cold. The main problem is getting the battery out without damaging it. It looks more like a chemical bladder than the typical hard-shelled battery. If you're not careful, the battery bends and can be punctured. Also, don't over-bend the battery, as this can cause it to cross arc and explode. br>br>The plastic tools are worthless; they break easily and won't open the phone's back. The phone and back cover have a very narrow tolerance. For this replacement, I recommend investing in a set of stronger tools tailored to the phone you're working on. Every mode is distinct, to say the least. This package includes the following double-sided tape: br>br> Get rid of it. I got a really good case for this because it's my second phone for work, and I used a few dabs of gorilla glue to reattach the screen. (In order to mount the fingerprint chip on this phone, I had to use gorilla glue. )br>br>GLUE IS NOT RECOMMENDED. However, it was the only adhesive medium I had on hand and could find that was as strong as the factory stuff. Please let me know what kind of special tape they use, as it's super thin and stronger than glue.
the screen it self was 100% perfect, no issues, and works like new again again again again again again again again again again again again again% My replacement appears to be brand new, just like the original.
Because the design of the A11 I own did not match the video, I was unable to replace the screen myself. The phone's opening seam was on the opposite side of the phone than the one shown in the video. The 'tool' was far too frail to remove the phone's back. Finally, I had to take the phone to a shop for repairs. They were unable to repair the phone using the parts that were sent to me. They said it needed something like a frame. They fixed it for $88 plus tax after ordering the correct part. It took a long time for me to find someone who could fix it, and the time limit for requesting a refund had expired.
The pry tools are made of soft plastic that easily deforms. I had to make do with a metal pry bar. As a result of this, the battery was punctured. br>Adhesive strips are not included in the kit for replacing the glass or reinstalling anything else. There were no instructions or labels on any of the items. Not a good idea.
During the installation, the screen cracked. I've replaced a few screens and it's difficult to find one that's as good as the original. One of them isn't this one.
I really liked the product; it was exactly what I needed, but I'm a bit rough with delicate items.
I thank you, my good sir or madam.
The process isn't too difficult if you follow the instructions carefully. I am extremely pleased with the end result. On YouTube, I came across a tutorial video.
In the span of a week, I purchased the product twice. The first time I did it, I was able to connect everything. Everything worked except the screen, which was faulty. As a result of the replacement, I now have a new screen. It was connected. The touch didn't work on half of the screen after it worked on the other half. I double-checked all of the wires to make sure they were all connected properly.
