I'd give them a five-star rating if I could rate their customer service separately. After reading my review below, they quickly sent me a replacement screen, which is much better.
- This one isn't as blue as the original (though it's close).
- This screen is also far more responsive, to the point of being perfect. The use of corners is highly recommended.
- After a week or so, the iPhone stopped telling me that the screen wasn't made by Apple, and it didn't even come up after I replaced it. br>br>Overall, I'm pleased with my experience and particularly pleased with the customer service provided. I bought this because of the low price and the high screen quality. In the end, I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to a friend. This is how it works: Advantages: br>br>
- The listing has a great video embedded in it. They did an excellent job of demonstrating how to remove the screen.
- It's also a very cost-effective option.
- My screen hasn't cracked in a long time! br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- The screen's corners aren't very responsive, so I have to tap the back "button" in the top corner several times to get it to work.
- The color scheme is completely incorrect. Everything has a blue tint to it, especially white. br>- Because the screen isn't "Apple," I keep getting a display message that says my screen isn't a genuine Apple part, which has nothing to do with the screen's maker and is extremely annoying.

Installing this was a pain, but it's now up and running. Except now I'm getting an error message that says it's not a genuine Apple product. First and foremost, despite using heat, the screen did not come off as easily as the video. Screwdrivers are inexpensive and easy to strip. It's very easy to make a mistake with the seal if you don't put it in the right spot. br>If you touch the buttons, it will turn on even if the screen is not connected. Because this was just cheap plastic, I had to use a different screen protector. It's not for the faint of heart, but it's functional now and arrived quickly. br>Update: The touch screen won't work on the top left after you've used it! Also, without my intervention, the screen dims. And the colors aren't as vibrant or as vibrant as they used to be. . . . br>Update number two: I disabled the screensaver, and the touchscreen now works as it should; however, the Glass screen saver prevents it from doing so. Also, I fixed the dimming issue; I had locked the screen during installation, and once I unlocked it, it worked properly. br>I'm still getting the annoying message that the replacement screen isn't an original Apple part.

RECOMMENDATION! OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. br>It was the best 63 dollars I've ever spent instead of paying someone $100 for their labor. For example, if you have a deductible, you can get phone service. 200 br>Everything was included in the kit. You'll need three different screw drivers for the various screws you'll be working with. A magnet is even built into screwdrivers! To reapply the water resistant glue, the best part came with the Water Resistant Frame Adhesive! Since you opened the phone, you won't have any more! Also, a screen protector! Neither was anything cheap. You'll get the same service at any phone repair shop. br>This is the best piece of advice I can give. br>I guarantee that doing it yourself is the best option. It is possible for anyone to do it. Save yourself some money by avoiding the lump! If my screen cracks again, I'll buy another one - (hopefully not)br>Many thanks for the excellent quality.

My iPhone 11 stopped showing anything on the screen and was not responding to touches after another drop. There was no crack in the screen; it was simply blank. This posed a significant problem for me because this phone was receiving all of my work-related calls. emails that are related In addition, calls from two other phones were being forwarded to this one. I also had an alarm that I couldn't turn off. After 15 minutes of browsing Amazon, I chose this screen because it offered "same day" delivery (which was free for Prime members). The screen arrived in 6 hours and was installed in 15 minutes after I placed my order. That gave me a great deal of comfort. In addition, my phone already had an aftermarket screen, and the quality difference was noticeable - In numerous ways, the new one is superior. Because it doesn't protrude from the phone, it's extremely thick. The sensitivity is correct, and the colors appear to be better.

This is a complete kit that includes a replacement water seal gasket and screen protector film, as well as a decent tool set. br>br>The replacement screen looked and worked great for the first four weeks, but after that I noticed a cloudy grey spot (almost like a shadow) on the screen. The right side would then turn dark with green vertical lines a week later. br>br>Excellent customer service. I requested a replacement, which arrived the next day and was installed the next day. The new screen is just as good as the old one. I'm just hoping the replacement doesn't turn out to be a dud as well.
