Selected User Reviews For ProFolio by Itoya, Art Profolio Advantage, 24 Sheets Presentation Book - Portrait, 4 x 6 Inches
It has thicker polyglass sheets than the regular Profolio line, and the polyglass sheets are also thicker and feel more sturdy. Also, these sleeves are clearer than those used in the regular Profolio line. As well as the plastic cover being thicker, it is also much heavier. Two prints were sleeved within each 4x6 version for holding giclee photo prints. Since the sleeves aside from one are filled, it is too thick for the book to close properly, however the photos are printed on highly durable 300 gsm/140 lb paper (thicker than a normal, non-bleeding photo book) A photo print is a type of art, so it makes sense. In terms of being a durable, archival presentation book, it caught my eye as a quality book that will preserve giclee prints and keep oil off of them.
There is nothing more direct and straight to the point than this. I like how the book is not smothered with emblems or anything like that, so it looks Has the ability to store tons of photos and the sleeves are crystal clear so that the image quality does not get ruined. There is definitely room for more to expand your portfolio for different genres. I highly recommend this book.
Stamping plates can be used with a the tube to provide me with a better view of the different designs as opposed to taking the plate in and out of the packaging. Although it's not the best for the job, it will work for the point of purchase as long as you're somewhat gentle when flipping through the pages. I'm sure the actual photos will look amazing though.
A few Itoya Presentation books were purchased so I could compare them. In comparison to the others, The Advantage stands out. Moreover, the plastic pages are crystal clear so that you can see the photos clearly. No worries about the covers cracking or breaking either! As for the other Itoya books, I would second the Evolution line since it is lighter and slightly less clear, as the plastic pages are somewhat thinner. *The Original is also a very nice book, the cover is thick and sturdy, but not as thick as the Advantage and the pages are thin and foggy. However, one negative of The Original is that the crystal clear pages aren't included.
I thought it would be better than it was. They have larger sizes as well, which I will probably get. Those are the ones I got to keep my emergency kit full of family photos and important documents. They look great and are very durable.
What a cool idea! I took a simple 4x6 picture of this - There is no standard album size. The photo album has 48 pages, each permanently bound to hold 24 photos. One of the best aspects of this product is the hard, plasticized cover, because, unlike similar products, this one is sturdy, functional, and even At a price point that is inexpensive. Would it have been possible for Itoya to make a larger, multi-tiered product? The materials for this album are the same as those used in a photo book. Furthermore, it would be better (in a larger version) if the pages could be removed, but in this case, it is I highly recommend this book.
I was disappointed with how scratched it was when I received it, and it was of poor At Michael's, you'll get something better.
There's no problem with the Although it doesn't seem to be able to lay flat forever. Therefore, I am not at all.
