Questions & Answers
I'd recommend getting the largest lens you can afford if you want to keep any lens attached.
I went with the medium size. There's plenty of room. I got it for my Canon M2 camera.
On such a short lens, the 11" wrap should suffice, but you could upgrade to a larger wrap and roll it up even more - If you change lenses frequently, you'll be able to use it for other lenses.

When I travel, I just use these Domke wraps to, er, um, wrap the items and then carry them around safely (and attractively) in whatever bag I have. The goal was to not have a camera bag when I travel. On any given day, I use these. bag or the canvas tote bag I'm carrying at the time. br>It's convenient. br>br>Y'all need to carry less stuff!.
They're great for packing a small amount of gear into your bag and heading out the door! They're also useful for carrying an extra lens on a walk or as an extra wrap for small items.
Last month, while camping in Minnesota, I used that system for a week. I did a lot of portaging, canoeing, unpacking, and reloading, and I kept the bag separate from the rest of my belongings. Despite numerous opportunities to be smashed, the camera remained unscathed.
When I travel, I prefer to use these protective wraps for lenses, etc. , because they are flexible and do not fill up a camera bag while walking around, but they do provide additional cushioning in the bag. The lens is simple to apply and remove. Make sure you get the right size to fit your camera or lens.
I bought one of these wraps after reading someone else's comments about using it to make a "bag" for their Kindle keyboard. I sewed up two edges, and presto! This is a nice, light keyboard case. br>After that, I went out and bought another for my husband's camera lens. It worked perfectly for the purpose for which it was created! br>Now I'm going to go out and buy another one in a different size so I can work on more projects. There are so many possibilities!.
It's also appealing to me because the scotch can be smeared all over the wrap.
I bought the wrong size for my wireless keyboard, but later found out that larger sizes are available. However, I had already purchased a new keyboard case in the meantime. I can see a lot of uses for the Domke product, and I'm considering purchasing one. Joe Fegan, thank you very much.
This is what I got for my Mavic Pro. Very impressive.
