This 3 foot cord with N-Male to N-Male Connectors is black in color and is Ultra Low-Loss Coax Cable, which means it has very little loss. Per 3 ft. of cable, there is a signal loss. It's only 0 on 3000MHz. 42 dB. On both ends, an N-Male Connector is installed. Signals can be transmitted over long distances with little signal loss using this cable.
High-quality materials: The cable's inner conductor is copper clad aluminum, which is very efficient and causes very little signal loss, as well as being heavy-duty. The jacket is made of a flexible, water-resistant pvc that can withstand long periods of time in harsh outdoor conditions.
To prevent the coaxial cable from coming loose, we use a black heat shrink tube with a lined adhesive that is heat shrunk to connect the adapter and the coaxial cable. The black heat shrink tube can be up to 2 feet long. The code would not come off because number 2 is longer than the others.
This ultra-low-loss 400 n cable is compatible with all devices and appliances that have a 50-Ohm impedance. Any RF system with a 50 Ohm impedance will work with this antenna. Antennas and amplifiers, for example, can be used both inside and outside of buildings. The cables appear to be of a high standard. One thing to keep in mind is that pliers should not be used to tighten connectors. When using pliers, it's simple to twist the connector off. You'll be fine if you just hand-tighten the cables.

The cables appear to be well-made, with heat shrink tubing used to seal the cable ends to each connector. I bought cables to connect the radios to the meters. New UHF antennas are still on their way, so the installation isn't quite finished yet. If longer lengths were required, I would most likely use this service again.
