Selected User Reviews For Verbatim BD-RE 25GB 2X with Branded Surface - 5pk Jewel Case
Recording a disc takes about 90 minutes. Because I'm a Linux user, those who want to burn BD-ROMs should use this method. There are two steps to burning files larger than 2GB onto discs: first, format the disc, and then use the UDF file system to burn files larger than 2GB. br>br>Also, make sure the spare area has at least 256MB of space. br>br>So far, the discs have held up well to the data; I'll update in a year or more as I run integrity checksum tests on the data.
Because my wife prefers to watch my home movie video editing on our television rather than on the computer, these discs eliminated the need for me to discard non-rewritable discs if she wanted me to re-edit them. the movie is being edited I've erased and rewritten to these discs numerous times with no problems. So far, I'm very pleased with Verbatim's quality.
I've been using Verbatim exclusively for more than a decade and have never had any problems. In terms of DVD compatibility, this is the most well-known brand. ROM, DVD burners, and blue-ray players ray. br>I've never had a bad burn because of the media. br>br>RE are great for doing a test run because if anything is missed, it can simply be erased and redone before the final R burn.
In reality, it cost a lot more because only one of the five discs was properly recorded. I even tried formatting the disc and recording again a couple of times, but the results were still unsatisfactory, so I went out and bought a single Memorex disc, which worked perfectly, and I will never buy this product again. br>br>I decided to buy a new Sony BD player (which was a good investment) and saved a Verbatim disc that wouldn't play on my old Panasonic BD player. The Verbatim discs recorded flawlessly on the new Sony player. As a result, I accept my apology! Product is five stars; I'll be more careful with my review next time!.
It worked fine, but it lacked the sexiness of a commercially produced blue ray.
The item is in excellent condition. Everything goes according to plan.
For computer or other BD player playback, this is a great product.
The best I've ever used, and I've tried a lot, and it's a great deal.
