I don't know how long it lasted, but it was around 4 years. We only watched TV for about 3 hours per day, and it wasn't always the same.
It is placed in front of the television set.
If your game isn't working, the best option is to buy another inde and let it cool before turning it off completely.

This took care of the problem. This is what I installed in my old Sony KDF-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The E60A20 TV solves the issue of the TV picture and sound turning on and off every few minutes. In terms of brightness, it appears to be adequate, but I don't recall how bright the TV was when it was first purchased, so it could be identical. On the front of the TV, there is an indicator light that should turn on when the light bulb fails, but it was not on. Important to note, there is a small fan above this light to cool it; mine was completely clogged; you must access this fan from the back of the TV; if I hadn't discovered this problem and cleaned the fan out, the light would most likely overheat and not last very long; if I hadn't discovered this problem and cleaned the fan out, the light would most likely overheat and not last very long; if I hadn't found this problem and cleaned the fan out, the light would most.
If you spend the $20 they're asking, you can't go wrong. A projector TV's bulbs can last anywhere from six months to two years. A bulb that says Sony or Philips on it (original OEM) costs $69-$79. $109, and that's just for the bulb. br>br>This one arrives in a nicely decorated cage. Put in a lot of plugs, tighten a screw, and play. It arrived 5 days late, however, and only lasted 3 months in my Sony. We'll see how long their warranty lasts now that we've paid the price.
In July 2020, I bought this bulb to go with my Sony 3LCD WEGA Engine TV. The bulb lasted less than a year, and this TV isn't turned on 24/7. Around the 9th or 10th month after installation, the bulb began to dim, and by the 12th month, we couldn't see the picture due to the darkness. This time, I went with a more expensive bulb, and we'll see how long it lasts.
It's simple to set up and hasn't caused any problems; it's a cost-effective way to save money and keep your television on the air!.
So far, everything is working perfectly! After the original went out, we replaced it and I didn't realize why my picture was so dim.
It's great that these are still being produced.
Shipping was lightning fast, and the installation was a breeze. In the last eight years, this is the second or third time we've ordered this item. Assists us in avoiding a $300 repair/replacement fee for a repairman's visit. When it comes time to replace the bulb, I will definitely order from them again.
It takes a long time for the light to reach full "brightness," and it isn't particularly bright once it does.
