One of these 15-inch long ones would be close to what you're looking for.
That's probably too small for such a large box. A 6 inch is what I typically use. On my 12. Boxes. If it's a low-power sub, however, you may be able to get away with it.
I have a ten-inch Rockville in a one-pound package. The combination of a 5 cu ft tube and a 4" port sounds fantastic! The 3" was my first choice, but there was too much port noise on the low end.

These have proven to be simple to use thus far. I cut these down to size with a miter box and glued them all together with pvc glue. So far, it appears to be a good, strong bond. The flare is large, and I initially drilled a 3" hole for the tube, but the ported flare necessitates a larger hole. It's most likely around 5" now. I drilled them in after using silicone around the hole to ensure a perfect fit. They appear to be fantastic!.
As expected, the package arrived quickly. There is no shortage of product. br>All I needed were the flared end pieces. Maybe just the end pieces could be sold. The middle section will not be required in my current box, but it may be required in the future. br>Many thanks for the excellent service and timely delivery!!.
