Your satellite receiver (no matter which provider you use) and your satellite dish are connected by this device. If you have a satellite for your given system, you'll be able to aim the dish with the finder needle. The video connected to the device needs to be watched by another person to determine when the satellite is pointed at the proper spot when it is not in use.
The coax cable is included in the package.

This tool lets you see the satellites' signal strength in real time, so you can pinpoint their location. a passenger on a ship that changes locations quite frequently, and my dish must be adjusted based on where we are currently.
