I found the service to be utterly inadequate

Videos from around the world are all online with no technical support. The majority of the participants are not English speakers. You will not find any useful information in the manual. Fortunately, I inadvertently came across the right timer setting and got the damn thing working. We tried plugging into two known-to-work dishes, but there was no result. We then changed the settings and it worked. The ones we wanted were found. That's so cool!.
