As of right now, our VHS tapes measure nine inches long by five inches wide. Per VHS case, there are 5 inches of width and 1 inch of thickness. My astonishment at how well the tapes fit into these bags is evident. The way they stack and can be stored in out of the way places is appealing. There are a number of reasons why I am happy to have these bags. You can easily move them if you need to. This is an excellent purchase! Having a clear view of what's inside is nice, since you can see what's inside just by looking at They are great bags and I'm really happy with them.

Can you tell me why I didn't find these earlier? Each of these holds 15 large VHS videos from Disney and a few regular VHS videotapes

The tapes fit perfectly in the built in cabinet beside the fireplace where I store VHS tapes. In the bags, I can remove the videos easily and move them as I please. One of the things I like best about this is that my 16 month old granddaughter (who is unaware of zippers) can't get into the videos any longer and dump them out all over the room. Despite knowing zippers, she might take some time to find them as they are hidden so well that by the time she does, she will probably be a more responsible person. With this plastic over the movie boxes, I can clearly see them all. They are just what I'm looking for!.

These bags are breaking apart

I have purchased a lot of these and have noticed that many of the stitching is coming apart, as well as they seem to tear easily if you load them with VHS tapes. Since sending the report to the vendor, I have not heard back from them as of two weeks ago. I would say that they look very nice, but the quality is so-so.

Bags like these are good for storing VHS tapes so they are easily accessible and kept My largest collection is of old business cards and letterheads We also have some movies that haven't been released on DVD yet. Thanks to two VHS players that work, I have access to VHS films.

I got 2 instead of the 4 I was supposed to get. The four worked out but I had to pay for them. Do a double check before you sign for anything.

There is no doubt that these VHS storage bags are worth their cost. I was able to fit 15 Disney movies (in a larger plastic storage container) and 19 regular VHS tapes (in a typical cardboard tube) into each box. It is a very good garment and should hold up well to regular use, regardless of the material and zipper quality.
