The second time, both of them had problems, and I had to return them. Channel 66 had no channels broadcast and I had to tune to channel 60 to get my TV to work. The picture was not good. ETC. Switch to channel 55 on the modulator. All of the electrical outlets were plugged I found the channels on TV by going to the TV. 59 was the channel where the modulator could be found.
